Still workin on getting big. But somedays I feel i cant lift da weights I want to, and some days I can. Dis made me think - eating. So here's my question
What natural foods can you eat before a workout to give you instant and tons of energy? I'm thinking oranges, bananas, apples, brocoli, potatos?
But maybe I'm just looking for a quick fix. Should I be eating such high energy foods throughout da day, hours before da workout? for example, eat dat special energy food about an hour before I work out? Or am I lookin to be eating dis food so far back as breakfast?
