Nice Navara, I have the same one the S5. Yours the 6 speed? I went with the 6 speed and the gunmetal grey side rails.
 
that is a skull, a "desperate skull", falling backwards, with "blank" eyes as if sin is winning over, and as a passive victim he knows not why.... BUT there is an answer- and the banners say "take action" "or die" - based on James 2:26 faith without works is dead in deed......thus take action or die.

Skulls and such are creepy to me.

I once had a boyfriend with 16 tattoos, many of them skull/demon type things, really mean looking things. They all actually did have meaning to him, but not always what I wanted to be looking at, if you know what I mean.

I always respect tattoos with meaning though, don't get me wrong. I think it's a wonderful and time honored form of expression of one's experiences and beliefs.

ok,, not much change.
here we are one week after 70.3 Ironman distance, weight 183.

time to hit the weights and bulk some. The final cut headed into the full iron has me doing 3-4 hour endurance training 4 out of 6 workouts per week. I have been uping the protein intake, and EATING ICECREAM AND DESERTS FOR A WEEK!!! yummy!!! and they were good, every single one of them. After a 7 hour 70.3 Ironman event it is amazing how guilt free a brownie is. hehehe back in the groove now though. xoxoxoxoxo
 
You have some SERIOUS leg muscles there FF. I see a lot of change, not sure what you're talking about. I cannot believe the type of work you're going to have to start enduring pretty soon. I'd never find the time for all that, even if I wanted to! Maybe when my children are IN COLLEGE! lol. I get guilt over my little 1.5 hour sessions as it is :D
 
It took some practice- but this one is for the Derdy girl! And MReik i think? Or maybe it was tony???

i can hold it for about 30 seconds or until I almost pass out.

Fitness is sooooo fun!
