Well, it seems I am off track. I am under a large amount of stress and not doing so well at incorporating exercise or healthy eating. I didn't weigh myself today, not interested in the data. I am starting anew this week and plan to be much more organized! I am really feeling the effects of being over committed with no way to change things. How do I: work full-time, lead two committees, advise 30+ students,advise a campus club, take care of 4 kids, coach soccer (over this week), serve as girl scout leader, keep boys in boy scouts, attempt to clean my house, spend time with my husband, wash laundry for 6 people, and then still find time to exercise and eat healthy? The worst of it is I left things out......I have a lot of professional goals that I have to meet as well to keep my job. The pressure is really hard to deal with sometimes. I guess I am just venting so feel free to disgard this information and I will stop my whining!
The good news is I have today off and I will spend it cleaning my house and hopefully catching up from last week. I did cardio yesterday and will do lower body today. So far I am eating well.....planning my meals this week lol
