Fitness after 4

Somebody save me from myself.....all want to eat is junk food! I am saved only by the fact I don't have any in the house to eat, and its raining hard enough to keep me from the store lol. I am going to drink a ton of water right now and hopefully behave myself ;-)
 
I find that if I eat alot of carbs, especially bad ones I get bad cravings for the next few days. Plus a rainy day doesn't help!! YOU CAN DO IT, FIGHT IT!!!!:D

Try doing something - put on an exercise dvd maybe to keep yourself occupied.
 
Ok so I found a bag of microwave popcorn, now I am cured and my 4 year old is thrilled. Good thing I will be working out later today, I am sure I can burn that off with upper body lol.

Well, it seems I am off track. I am under a large amount of stress and not doing so well at incorporating exercise or healthy eating. I didn't weigh myself today, not interested in the data. I am starting anew this week and plan to be much more organized! I am really feeling the effects of being over committed with no way to change things. How do I: work full-time, lead two committees, advise 30+ students,advise a campus club, take care of 4 kids, coach soccer (over this week), serve as girl scout leader, keep boys in boy scouts, attempt to clean my house, spend time with my husband, wash laundry for 6 people, and then still find time to exercise and eat healthy? The worst of it is I left things out......I have a lot of professional goals that I have to meet as well to keep my job. The pressure is really hard to deal with sometimes. I guess I am just venting so feel free to disgard this information and I will stop my whining!

The good news is I have today off and I will spend it cleaning my house and hopefully catching up from last week. I did cardio yesterday and will do lower body today. So far I am eating well.....planning my meals this week lol

Doing well diet wise,Missed exercising yesterday, but will do it today for sure. Overall I am tired, 2 sick kids lol, but no longer whining. Weighed myself and I am still holding at 130lbs. I have decided to shoot for 125lbs by Christmas. I need a new goal. I think that will get rid of the body fat I want gone and then I would like to add about 5lbs of muscle. I am really small framed and it would be nice to a have a little more muscle, although I am betting it won't be as easy as I would like it to be.
 
Hey Missy! Long time no chat. I'm just snooping around in everyone's diaries this evening. I hope your kids get well soon. Two sick kids has to be exhausting!

Had a good upper body workout today. i went up in weight which I am quite impressed with :) Diet wise I did fair except for 3 doritos lol. I think I behave well, it took alot of restraint. The rest of the food I ate was healthy.
 
My goal is not to slack this weekend as much as usual, I tend to cave on the weekends lol. Weighed in at 128lbs this morning! That is a grand total of 17lbs lost since last June :) My other accomplishment is that I am starting to be able to see some ab definition, after four kids I am skocked they are really still there!
 
My head is going to explode YUCK!!!!! I am not sure I will bother working out today, just too miserable, unless maybe my tylenol works. Thanks for the advise Merc, love the new avitar.

Thought I would add I did lower body, bout killed myself with deadlifts lol. At least now I have less to whine about. I don't even want to admit to what I ate today :-( Tomorrow is another day.

Still feeling crappy, but took my motrin and did cardio anyways. My diet was much better today, but I need to clean things up a little more if I intend to reach my goals. Hopefully I feel better in the am..........................
