Dropping in to say have a wonderful day!!
However, I do plan on kicking them in the balls this Sunday, that's for sure!
LOL!!!
Sunny, I don't understand. You mean you think your calorie intake is too high now, or too low? Those terrible scale gods have been playing tricks on me.. They're telling me to sacrifice a few extra calories, but I'm not fooled. I know which way the scale will go if I do.
Come to think of it, they might not have been on vacation; maybe they were spending the whole time taunting Kim!Kick em in the balls again for Kim!!!
Call me biased...but I tend to think "the answer" (regardless of the question LOL) is always "weight lifing of course"!The answer - weight lifting, of course. They found that long distance cyclists who do regular weight lifting 2 to 3 times a week don't have that problem. So even though I missed my squat/deadlift day yesterday, that was only because of Sunday's ride, and after that I'll return to my normal schedule.
Weight: 225.4 - I guess the Scale Gods have returned from vacation, LOL. ...

I think it's just fine to have a surplus on a few days out of the month. It keeps the body guessing, and perhaps convinces it you aren't starving.

OMG You are so right. That has got to be the answer cos there simply is no other explanation.
That information about the cycling/weightlifting, calcium thing is really interesting. There can be so many tricks out there to surprise us.
Likewise I loved hearing about your friend. That Death Ride sounds so amazing. What a brilliant feat.

OMG Tom, your right, those MEAN, MEAN Scale Gods have been haunting my house for weeks, it's about time they fly the coop and find some other place to make build their nests, I'm done with those most unwanted guests in my house. I am sorry that they found their way back to California, I think there is a conspiracy going on here, hmmmmmm You know I biked 8 miles last night and it said my average speed is 14.5 miles, is that decent? Oh it was in 34 minutes on a stationary bike of course. LOL LOL
