Wow 234--you're getting there!
Wow 234--you're getting there!
OK, the scale's messing with my head, that's for sure. It is a nice "tease" though. Eight years ago, I got down to 234, so I'm getting very close to that, and once I drop below that, it'll be the lowest since 1988.
hey Tom! im gonna try to do my steady state for as long as you i think i just get bored. my hand is almost healed up, im gonna wrap them this time, the circuits helped fend off the boredom.
so on the squats you do 3 sets of warm ups then 5x5?
Hey Tom, I have some weight loss goals that I'm looking to hit too because I remember being that weight. 365 is a big one.
A comparatively lazy day today.
Tomorrow I'm going to lose 1 pound in 30 minutes. It's a new diet that I do every 10 weeks or so. The 1 pound loss is guaranteed, but the trouble is, you tend to gain it back during the next week.
The dreaded plateau seems not to have started yet, though I have a feeling this may be where I stay for a while. But who knows? Maybe some of those calorie laden meals I had in San Francisco may have tricked my metabolism...... Starbucks was calling out my name, along with a big scone, but I resisted, opting instead for a nice handful of nuts when I got home. Take that, sweet tooth!
Please elaborate.... I am curious. I could lose 1 pound in a minute too, but fingers and/or toes dont grow back the next week....
What is the guaranteed 1 pound weight loss plan? And are you going to make a million off of it from an online ebook?
Oh yeah, as for the "dreaded plateau not starting yet.." Bah!!! Push that negativity out buddy! Fight that plateau, don't just accept that its around the corner! Positive thininking is half the battle right? I would rather hear you say, "A plateau *may* be around the corner.... But I am going to kick its butt before it see's the whites of my eyes!!!" Or something like that!
I know you have it in you! Show that potential plateau who is boss!!
Scones are like, 800 calories (well maybe more like 460--but not worth it! All dry and nasty, sticking to the roof of your mouth, and sitting in your stomach like a rock).
Way to go Tom.
that's just scary equating anything you can eat to how long it would take to burn it off - like that tic tac commercial - 1 1/2 calories -you know you can burn that off by breathingYeah, I thought about whether it was really worth an HOUR on the treadmill just for a scone. And it wasn't.
nudges often work - what's the expression - the squeaky wheel gets the oilI'm going to complain to the manager every day now, until they're fixes. Sheesh, it's already been 3 weeks, more than enough time to get the part.
