Well, thanks for clearing that up Steve and Tom!! I guess staying active is the best way to "have a high metabolism"
This is why, for me at least, nutrition is 80% of the battle in getting it off, but once it's off, exercise is critical in keeping it off. At 200 lbs., which is where I want to be in another year, my NARM will only be around 2,100 calories. Without the additional expenditure from exercise, I would be a very hungry boy! I figure at my target weight, I'll have to do an average of 500 calories a day in exercise just to stay there and eat enough to be satisfied.
