First stop: Spartan Turkey

Ohhh what are you doing there? Did I miss it? Hope you're having a lovely time :)
Right now I'm in a conference room full of supplier quality engineers to pick apart our delivery schedule. Same as yesterday and the day before. I might get this afternoon to do something a little more fun. There are several Chicago and Cleveland fans in the room, though, so there's lots of fun chatter.

Still here, still fighting. I've been avoiding the scale because that always works, right?

Anyway, my pants feel like nothing has changed - for the good or the bad. My dining choices continue to be so-so, and they get worse between every morning and every evening.

I'm working hard to stay on the exercise train, and by "working hard", I mean that I'm trying to stay motivated, it's been tough since coming back from Puerto Rico, where no exercise was performed. I've had a lot of back pain lately - mid-back and neck - it's been bad enough that my rowing is impacted. I was counting on the rowing to maintain a level of strength in the back, but that's not happening, so I'm adding a day of back exercises to my regime. So it'll be 3 days of rowing for sure, 2 lifting days, and 1 day of lower-impact cardio (could be rowing, walking, raking, something like that).

And that's what's happening.

I thought I saw you at the gym the other day...

Hi all, still here. Been a busy week with the standard health struggles. My recent status is a 5 out of 10 - not bad, not good, just all sorts of meh.

Five should round up to ten but since it's not a passing grade in most school systems I know it still doesn't sound like you enjoyed yourself. Spreading some fun all the way to your side of the planet :)
