This was a tough one, plain and simple. I had no exercise opportunities - up at 5, get ready, breakfast, go to the plant until 6 or 7 pm, then straight to dinner. Dinner is PR is not a hurried thing, so everything's slow, so I'm back in the hotel around 9:30, wiped out. I managed one small walk the whole time. But I was able to control my intake to a reasonable amount the whole time - breakfast buffet was mainly filling up on fruits and veggie omelet, with one or two pieces of sausage. Lunch was catered almost every day - chicken and vegetables for the most part. Dinner was mainly seafood and one or two non-sugary drinks (OK, and a couple mojitos along the way). Lots of water.
Gained a couple pounds, but I think that can be dropped off this week.
I'll be back on track again starting today.
