First Pics : 285 to 235

Well I've never really had the courage too post any pics online before, but hey it's a weight loss forum so what the hell!

Main goal is too loose all the extra weight and get down to my ideal weight of around 175 ( so this is a nearly half way post! ). But that might change due to my trainig with weights has given me a slighty different view of what I want my body to look like ( Daniel Craig as 007 is a good aim, muscular but not over defined, large frame ).

I've been on a 'diet' for nearly a year, but around 6 months of them was getting to grips with the weight loss thing, and the proper exercising only started around 3 months ago, weight training around 4-5 weeks now and showing decent mussle gain.

The fat % on the scales has dropped from 38% to now 27.8%, and clothes that once fitted are very loose!
 
Wow you look great! What plan are you using (food wise)?
Keep up the good work and can't wait to see your final pictures!
Maybe you can update pics every 20 lbs gone?:)

I had a rough thread ( http://weight-loss.fitness.com/weight-loss-through-exercise/6993-critique-needed-diet-exercise.html ) asking about it all.

Since then I only eat the couple of slices of wholemeal a day and have a 1/2 and 1/2 bowl of cereal and I seem to be loosing 2/3lbs a week on that method. For that reason I won't be changing much as I don't particulary want too loose any more weight a week. I don't count calories but tend too go off fat contents, but I find it easier just knowing what I can and can't eat and sticking to what I know.
 
WOW! AWESOME JOB! It's obvious from the change in body fat percentage that you've been working VERY hard! Congratulations! I can see a HUGE difference in the pics, you should be quite proud of yourself. *shakes pom poms*
 
Oh wow HUGE change. Lol you lost fat off your head!(another thread we were talking about loosing it on odd places ... earlobes, noses etc)
