First of May – My New Way

300.3 lbs. Have been invited to my parents' today for dinner, they will serve meatloaf (that's pork wrapped in bacon) my stomach can't handle meat or animal fat today, I feel so sick, last time ever I have crisps and full fat gravy. I will go there and let them feed the children and make something vegan for myself.
 
Yep, that will be the third time, don't even care anymore, stupid scale problem lol. I am also approx 1 kg away from my old lowest from May this year, was at 128 kg, or 135 kg counting in the 7 kg the old scale was off.
My highest weight was not 149 kg then, it must have been 156 kg and perhaps I should alter my first mini goal from 124 to 131 so the pic compare is 25 kg and not 32 kg?
Anyway, good Saturday, only had a small dinner had a way too big snack late afternoon, perhaps I'll eat some nuts or seeds later to get to 2000.

Morning: plain soy yoghurt with banana, lchf muffin, almond latte 400.
Snack: soy latte 25.
Lunch: 2 slices buckwheat bread with egg salad and flatfish roe with lemon, brusselsprout leaves and fennel with garlic oil and semidried tomatoes 575.
Snack: banana and orange 210, slice of buckwheat bread with vegan spread, soy latte 300.
Dinner: stewed mushrooms with steamed veggies 260.
Total: 1770.
Walked 7,5 km, aimed at 10, but my blister is not gone yet and I had to shorten the walk.
 
A scale that´s 7 kg off is a crime against all decency, ugh! I hope you didn´t find out until you were far away from that ugly number.
 
Found out a few weeks ago LaMa, not fun at all, but still it is just numbers, but I feel like redoing those kilos. Another pound and I am done with the scale-gain.
 
So happy you had a new low after increasing the calories. You are going to feel much better with enough nutrition. Nice work! Come on 200s!

Having a scale that's off definitely sucks!!!! But no matter what the number, you're going down :)
 
Morning: a slice buckwheat bread with nutella, a slice buckwheat bread with salami, soy latte 450.
Snack: apple, soy latte 60.
Lunch: potato mash with spinach, vegan butter and nutch 400.
Snack: honey melon 80, hazels 100.
Dinner: veggie lasagna 780.
Total: 1870.
Ate peanutbutter until I did hit 2000 yesterday. The kids will go to their father tomorrow, for an entire week, first time in a year that will happen. Have lots of plans to keep me occupied.
 
How old are your kids? Enjoy your week off! I know you'll miss them, but it'll be a nice break/time to catch up on things!
 
They've stopped tantrums and have a more controlled behavior, however they've fine tuned their provocative skills so now I have inner tantrums lol
 
Beware of 4... I have a 4 year old girl, and stubborn. And so very independent.

Enjoy your week off, Clarissa, hope you can use it constructively! Maybe premake some healthy freezer foods or go on brisker walks?
 
I have a preteen girl that makes me want to rip my hair out on an almost daily basis. There's so much more fun to come! haha!

Enjoy your week off! Mine were gone for a week last year. I worried way too much about them, and forgot to relax for the first few days... but after that it was nice. lol.
 
Thanks Jen, I think. The girls are 15 months apart and I just know they will skin each other at some point. I have no sister, but my chidlhood girlfriends did lol.

Soo after school yesterday I made sugar free stewed apples, LCHF Muffins, bean Salad and Salad nicoise. It had been pooring Down and very windy all day so no walk the forrest would be too muddy, biked 7 km though. I saw two movies in the evening while eating a bag og peanuts so cals got up to 2700 not the wisest decision.
 
Morning: plain soy yoghurt with chia seeds, cinnamon and stewed apples, soy latte 425.
Snack: lchf muffin, soy latte, carrots 175.
Lunch: bean salad 400, banana 100.
Snack: marcipan 130, clementines 100.
Dinner: pork chop and salad with garlic oil 450.
Afters: clementines 210.
Total: 1990.
Walked 10 km. Weight is stuck at the same number as Saturday.
 
OMG you guys are killing me!!!! So there's a brief window between toddlers and preteens that's less worse... yay... OY!
 
Weight is still 136.2 argh no loss since Saturday. My scale needs to start moving, I need to be a Little more than a Pound lighter by Sunday to make my weight loss goal. I felt so tired last night just had to hurry to bed at 9pm. Bah
 
Getting good sleep helps. Don't sweat it if you don't hit your goal. Just keep improving and you will get there Clarissa.
