Yep, that will be the third time, don't even care anymore, stupid scale problem lol. I am also approx 1 kg away from my old lowest from May this year, was at 128 kg, or 135 kg counting in the 7 kg the old scale was off.
My highest weight was not 149 kg then, it must have been 156 kg and perhaps I should alter my first mini goal from 124 to 131 so the pic compare is 25 kg and not 32 kg?
Anyway, good Saturday, only had a small dinner had a way too big snack late afternoon, perhaps I'll eat some nuts or seeds later to get to 2000.

Morning: plain soy yoghurt with banana, lchf muffin, almond latte 400.
Snack: soy latte 25.
Lunch: 2 slices buckwheat bread with egg salad and flatfish roe with lemon, brusselsprout leaves and fennel with garlic oil and semidried tomatoes 575.
Snack: banana and orange 210, slice of buckwheat bread with vegan spread, soy latte 300.
Dinner: stewed mushrooms with steamed veggies 260.
Total: 1770.
Walked 7,5 km, aimed at 10, but my blister is not gone yet and I had to shorten the walk.
