First Diary, New Effort......

Wow, just with these few days of hard work I can feel a bit of difference in my clothes, I hope to get a very good number on my weigh in next month. >_<

Feb. 10--

Went to gym at 10:30 p.m. Went in the pool first for 20 mins, whirlpool 10 mins, steam room 10mins. Then got on the cross-training machine for about 30 mins at a high-intensity.

Got a bit of an urge and ate 2 meatballs my mom had cooked, just 2, they were small, and they had no sauce on them. I'm sure I'm fine.

Feb. 11---

Had an outmeal for breakfast, and a light peanut butter and jelly sandwich

Had a dry turkey burger on wheat for lunch, along with a dry side salad

Had a regular chicken sandwich from BK for dinner

A couple fruits throughout the day, drank mostly water except for one grape juice I had.

Didn't work out today, I took it as a rest day.

Today I was only able to have two apples and a nutri-grain bar for breakfast since I left on the go.

At school I had another nutri-grain bar and a 1.33 liter water. For lunch I had a chicken sandwich on a wheat bun, no sauce, along with a lemonade and a chicken noodle soup.

At home for dinner I had some oatmeal, a small taco of homemade chicken fajita, then another small taco of just guacamole, with a hint of beans. I also had another 1.33 liter of water at home.

I'm about to leave for the gym in a bit.........

I cheated today, I weighed myself before the month's time, I wanted to see what kind of progress I had made this first week, I lost 5 pounds! :hurray:

Feb. 13--

Had a nutri-grain bar in the morning, then had a footlong subway chicken sandwich (no mayo) on wheat. Had a chicken sandwich from BK in the evening, no mayo. Had some trailmix yesterday, don't remember when. Also had some almonds yesterday. Had a bit of chicken mole when I got home. I kinda feel I overate.

Was really buzy yesterday, had no chance to go to the gym. :-(

Feb. 14 ---

I kind of feel off the wagon that day. I had donated blood the day before and they told me not to exercise for 24 hours, so I played it safe and didn't. I can't remember what I ate exactly, but I do remember I overate at nighttime, I went on a bit of a binge. But I did drink a lot of water that day, I maintained that department.

Feb. 15---

I had a chicken sandwich on wheat bread with a soup for breakfast. At night the whole family went to a buffet, my plate wasn't very healthy, but it was very small though. On it I had two very small slices of thin pizza, a small hand full of fries, and one chicken nugget. I couldn't work out that day either, I was super buzy during the day. One thing though, I keeped my water consumption high, drinking only water.

Feb. 16---

Today I am back on track. I had a bowl of regular oatmeal with 2% milk for breakfast, along with one small rice crispies treat. I went to the gym at around noon, worked out on the cross-training machine for 40 mins at a high intensity. Then I did about 15 mins of weights. I did about 1 set of 15 on about 7 different machines. (I plan on going again at night time today).

After wards I had lunch, A nice chicken sandwich on a wheat bread, it had avocado, no sauce of any kind either. I had that along with a cup of water and nothing else.

Feb. 16 ---

I ate again at home today at about 5:30 pm. I made myself a chicken sandwich on wheat bread, it had avocado, lettuce, tomato, jalapenos, and mustard.

I went to the gym at about 8 p.m. I did 30 mins on the cross training machine on a high-intensity. Then I did some weights, about some 15-20 mins, maybe some 7 machines, one or two sets each. I got in the pool for 25 mins. Then got in the jacuzzi for 10 mins, and finally in the steam room for 10 mins.

Once I got home I had a peanut butter and jelly sandwich on wheat bread, along with a glass of 2% milk.

Feb. 17 ---

I had a quaker outmeal for breakfast, on 2% milk, one pop tart, and one rice crispies treat.

I had a cup of sliced fruits for a snack around noon, along with a 1.33 liter Dasani water.

At about 4 p.m. I had a chicken sandwich on wheat with avocado, no sauce, along with a chicken tortilla soup, and water.

At about 9 p.m. I had a Fresco chicken fiesta burrito from taco bell, by itself.

I'm about to leave for the gym...

Feb. 17 --- I went to the gym at about 10 p.m. I got on the treadmill for 40 mins, on a 7.0 incline at about 3.2 mph 90% of the time. Then I swam for 20 mins. Got in the jacuzzi for 10 mins, then in the steam room for 10 mins.

After my workout I had a Naked Juice berry juice, good stuff.

Ok, wow, I have put this diary aside for a while, not good! This is something I plan to keep using until I have reached my goal, and I plan to use this the entire way. My short-term memory isn't always all that great, but I'll try my best to remember as much as I can.

Feb. 18 ---

I did not go to the gym this day, I was feeling very sick, I had a bad case of the flu. But I did maintain my eating regimen, nothing that should not have been done, exactly what I ate this day I can't remember. :blush5:

Feb. 19 ---

I did go to the gym this day, I believe I did cardio, 40 mins, and then swam for like 20 mins, then hit the jacuzzi and steam room at 10 mins a piece. I did not stray off my daily eating regimen either.

Feb. 20 ---

I went to GMC this day and picked up some new stuff, I bought a Lean Shake meal replacement shake, which I have been using for breakfast. I renewed my supply of Omega-3 daily supplement. I also renewed my supply of Ginko Biloba. I bought an acai berry daily supplement as well (I keep hearing lots of great things about that 'wonder' berry). I didn't buy this cause I still have a lot left, but the other thing I take is the Mega Men Sport multi-vitamin as well. I went to the gym this day as well, I think for about an hour and a half, I did cardio, swimming and weights. My daily diet I keeped in tacked.

Feb. 21 ---

I went to the gym this day as well, I did 30 mins of cardio on the treadmill on an 8.0 incline and 3.4 mph like 80% of the time. Then I did like 30 mins of weights, 2 sets of 15 on about 10 diffrent machines, after wards I got into the jacuzzi for 10 mins, and the steam room for like 5. I believe I had my shake for breakfast, a nutri-grain bar for snack, after my workout I had a turkey burger, by itself, dry, and with cheese. I downed it with watered down lemonade and ice tea. Then at night I had a couple of chicken tamales.

Feb. 22 ---

Today I woke up a bit late, so far I had my morning shake and vitamins along with a light peanut butter and jelly sandwich. I am about to have a granola bar, then go to the gym, then have lunch, and watch the Oscars. :biggrinjester:

Feb. 22 ---

I went to the gym at about 2ish today. I did 30 mins of cardio on the cross training machine. I then swam for about 15 mins, then got into the whirlpool for 15 mins, then the steam room for 10 mins.

Right after that I came home, I cooked myself a nice chicken breast sandwich on wheat bread, and I had it along with some water. I had my second dose of vitamins after that.

Later in the afternoon I had a half bowl of cereal with 2% milk. Throughout the day I had several servings of fruit.

Feb. 23 ---

I had my meal replacement shake in the morning, along with two natures valley granola bars, and my vitamins.

At about 12:30 I had lunch, I had a chicken burrito at a mexican place. It was a healthy burrito, it had beans, rice, guacamole (which is made out of avocados, which is a vegetable :Angel_anim:) ,chicken of course, and sliced tomato and onion. I had that with a medium sized horchata flavored water.

At 6 p.m. I went to the gym, I did 40 mins of cardio on the cross-training machine at a higher than usual intensity.

I then did some abdominal exercises, not sit-ups but very similar, I was only able to do about 30 because I am not used to them and I was in pain.

Afterwards I went to the machines, I did a few of them for like 15 mins, I was in a hurry and couldn't stay longer, but I feel I had a decent workout.

Once I got home I had some chicken vegetable soup my mom prepared (delicious!).

Later in the evening I had a nature's valley peanut butter health bar (only 170 calories) and I have been drinking lots of water all day. :Angel_anim:

I was just doing some math, and I calculated the total number of hours I worked out for the first two weeks I have been on this regimen.

Week 1 (Feb. 5th -12th) - 8 hours

Week 2 (Feb. 13th -19th) - 4.17 hours

I didn't calculate week 3 cause it's still not done yet :p, but so far this 3rd week I have worked out more than week 2, and there is still 3 days left. :D

I'm praying for a very good number on March 5th. >_<

Nice effort on the workouts but don't forget to scedule in rest days or you risk over training :)
