Rosey Girl thank you...It is abt time some good come my way...I truly do feel my karma is shining forth for me...Im happy, Im in a good place and life has been good - so much has happenned over this last week or so and I couldn't be happier!!!

Lena - Michelle will get her ass back here soon - she has just been busy...actually her and a friend of hers created a weight loss group that we all attend:) and between work and her b/f friend group adn our scheduled Saturdays she is kept pretty busy!!!!

Thanx everyone for your continious support - it means more to me than you will ever know and than I will ever be able to express!!!

I didnt exercise at all today - my eating was good however - I had 2 pieces of pizza and lazana for dinner (take out) and 2 dbl chocolate chip cookies (homemade) and a puffed rice chocolate square (360 cals) OUCH...and oh ya 9 rasbperry timbits - ok not a great eatin day - lol...I had a free day I guess - free of everything - it was all circumstancial...it's beena weird day and ALOT has happenned in this past 24 hrs...

I didnt have time to walk the dog this am or use the ellitpical - had an early start - due to not using the elliptical I was tired and draggin my ass all day and cravin sweets and carbs...

Blancita - dont read this - LOL - ok you can read it just dont comment one - ok really Im just kidding - I havent a free "rest" day in awhile and I dont regret any of my decisions today!!!
 
BOO!!!!! I wanted to come say hi to you. I think I am going to start a fresh diary on here and really try to be here. I miss the support and all the awesome people. Don't know how to start a new diary mind you... lol! Talk soon

oh my goodness Cerella, i just read back a bit...You said the nicest things.. brought tears to my eyes. I'm so glad you are happy about all the changes that are coming your way, even if they may feel a little scary... I meant it when i said you are a smart woman. You deserve to be happy and I love being part of it all. Most of all, I love having your friendship and seemingly never ending support. You've added to my life just as much, and i really do mean that.

LOL:jump: Im kiddin...Im sure it isnt anyihtng I havent said in person...I feel very blessed to have you be a part of my life...and if I am supportive and can help you out along the way - I totally will do whatever I need too!!!As we tlaked about earlier - this last 24 hrs has been a whirlwind...One minute Im scared to quit my job and cant seem to make a decision - literally as soon as I make that decision and almost shut that window - this wonderful door opens...Im ready to move ont o bigger and better things and Michelle with you in my corner and by my side I will conquer this!Thank you for being a part of my life - Im gonna copy and paste this into your diary...Also what time were you online ? thank you so much for dropping into my journal. I saw your post and thought, "Whoah... it's one of the MILFs from Blancita's journal." :D I wanted to say congrats with the new job and I really hope everything works out for you and your little ones. :) Also, nice job with the elliptical.. now if only I can figure out how to make that damn thing work. hahaaaaa!
