8.5 miles Elliptical in 64 mins...pheew...502 cals burnt off

Blancita - girl - I havetn added it in yet because it wasnt so great - the worst I did was eat abt 400 cals worth of cheesies - ya knwo those yummy hard ones - mmm and I just toasted those - hee hee hee - also I have really eaten too much...

a bowl of berrie for breaky - same as last night minus the berry cup and the whipped cream...

some baked cheese bits - yum and low in fat...a jello pudding cup...60 cals babby carrots and the cheesies that is it so far...oh no it isnt - I also had a frozen yoguart tube 60 cals and a hot dog ... LOL...

I keep gettin teh look from the dog so Im gonna put around for an hour or so and take him for a walk around 930...

you have come along way from february girl :D its shows in your mid section and your arms too :D excellent.

Thanx girly - I dont really see a difference from pic to pic but i feel much better abt myself :):):)

So I have a few things to report - today's weigh in was 210.8 - Im hoping to keep going down - I think Im gonna just keep doing as I am doing...Walking hte dog int he mornings , going to Curves and the Ellipticla in the evenings - I can smella nd almost taste onderland - I wanna actually get htere this tiem...

And My youngest turns 3 on Monday...and i havent heard from the x yet - this is victory...I always hear from him between father's day and her bday it is like something clicks in himand says oh ya Im a father - huh - oh well - he promised me when he signed those papers that he woudl stay away form us for good and make no more contact - lets hope that is true...if i can get to Monday adn through it with no word from him then I know that will be it - the girls and I willfinally be fully free to go on abt our lives iwth no more worries and looking iver or shoulders - well it has been that way for a cpl of months so far and it has been nice - count down wiht me - let this be it...

The food didn't sound bad to me. Total calories in check. A balance of carb, fat, protein. Fruits, veggies and dairy (with the ever-important calcium). You counted it. All in all a very good day. :)

I hope Monday comes and goes without any upset. Are you taking her someplace special for her bday?

Cinder, I love the hat girlfriend, I would wear hats every day if people didn't look at me funny. Honestly, I love hats! Great New Avatar, your so getting me in the mood to start taking more pictures. I just looked at your menu and I was like HUH??? What are some of those things she has on here, what are top dogs? I'm not sure what live active cheese is, but anything that has marble and cheese sounds good to me. mmmm I love me some cheese!! I'm happy for you that the scales on moving down, YOU GO GIRL!! Keep up the nice workouts and dog walking, that is so good for you!! CONGRATS!!! :jump:

Ok so I walked the dog in 38 mins at the local park for a total of 2.07 miles - damn good tiem I might add :):):) Cals burnt - 200!!!
