Sorry about the kid interruption. That can be pretty demotivating for me! It sounds like you did pretty well with your exercise anyway though.
The afternoon at the beach sounds lovely. It's making me think I should get outside and make the most of the beautiful weather here.
It's so good that you are doing that careful calorie tracking. It can really help keep us in control in situations where we want eat differently to our regular good food. Adjusting portion sizes is another big helper. I really like it when I've decided it would be ok to eat something unusually indulgent then suddenly remembered I don't necessarily have to pay the full calorie price, because I don't have to eat all of it!! Sharing is a good way to fix the limit where it's hard to move too!
