Sorry about the kid interruption. That can be pretty demotivating for me! It sounds like you did pretty well with your exercise anyway though.

The afternoon at the beach sounds lovely. It's making me think I should get outside and make the most of the beautiful weather here.

It's so good that you are doing that careful calorie tracking. It can really help keep us in control in situations where we want eat differently to our regular good food. Adjusting portion sizes is another big helper. I really like it when I've decided it would be ok to eat something unusually indulgent then suddenly remembered I don't necessarily have to pay the full calorie price, because I don't have to eat all of it!! Sharing is a good way to fix the limit where it's hard to move too! :)

WOW 5 miles on an eliptical is awesome!!!I can't do that yet lol my legs are weak when it comes to that type of workout.AWWW sharing a fry
with the young one I do that to but lately it has been ice cream galore lol.

I walked 2 miles at the beach and used the Elliptical for 5 miles - I also had some fries and half an order of onion rings at the beach for lunch - weird eating day...and I also scrubbed down the deck

My bad on the 3 vs 2 kids. The thought of that must've given you grey hairs!

You're lucky there's a beach nearby, all that heat and exposed bodies makes it easy to avoid overeating ha ha.

Damn good job on the exercise woman!

Time for me to get in gear today. I'll be so hungry after my body just got used to all that food I had over the weekend. You play you pay :rolleyes:.
 
Ive had a good eating day so far...no exercise yet - boy is it hot...Oh and my bro came over and did hte back yard for me - yes - im so happy and glad I am a procasinator ::D:D:D!!!

Hee hee hee - if you are the president I must be the vice - I think it comes with the territory of always having lots to do...the yard was a mess the grass was knee high - im so grateful he came and did it...
 
7 miles Elliptical - hot damn :D:D: and I need to take the dog which I am doing now - sigh no rest for hte wicked - then I am having a shower no matter how late it is and I still need to plug in my food...I burnt 400 cals on teh elliptical and went 7 miles in 52 mins :D:D:D
 
WOW look at my cals...ha ha ha - I obviously ate alot today but i had a very full work day and active evening...Im still full and content and my weigh tis looking really good :):):) Maybe I will be pleaseantly surprized in the morning...or maybe not - no need to set myself up for dissappointment ha ha ha...

you're doing awesome girl :D you definitely should be proud of yourself :D i know what you mean by hot, i don't have the air conditioner so i'm staying away from the elliptical but i think i need to start soon since my aerobic center will be closed due to holidays.

Only down one but it is better than nothing - I dont really pay to much attention till Friday...Oh and Korrie yes her name has offically been changed got the paper work a few weeks ago but now I need to do all the officla legal paper work crap of changing everythign else...and actually I still have a document the ass is on as well that I gotta change at the same time...
 
Morning Cinder!! Your doing fantastic right now on your excercise. BIG THUMBS UP for you!! And a pound is a lot of weight, so don't say just a pound down, because it takes a lot of time and effort to destroy a pound of fat. So again, your doing a great job!!! And I noticed you had a slim fast for breakfast, you put 300 calories, I have a pack here at work and they are the Optima Chocloate Royal and it says only 190 calories per can, which ones are you drinking? That seems high. Or am I reading your post wrong, probably. I'm glad your brother came over and helped you out with your yard work, what a sweet heart!! :) Keep up the positive attitude and the great workouts and in no time that one pound is going to end up 10 lbs, WOW, I better get hoping to keep up with you. :jump:
 
Oh no you - I have the powder and i make my own - same yummmy flavour as you - I do it to two cups of skim milk :D:D:D 10 lbs would be nice - that would almost be onderland :D:D:D - it is me that has to keep up to youa dnI never would ha ha ah
