:jump: Woohoo! 208.8! That's a nice new number! Good for ya!

My elliptical machine came in a few hours ago. Went on for 40 min and it was tiring! Mine counts in metric system so I don't have to convert anything, happiness!

Are we gonna start an elliptical club? I so need help from you ep pros to work things up gradually!!!! hehe... :p

Thanks for the diary posts. I feel more enlightened. I don't like going on and on about my problems, so I feel a little uncomfortable. Still, it's nice to talk to others who understand.

Im here for ya girl rooting for ya - you know that girl!!! Im glad I am of some help...That song was totally doing it for me for awhile - it is toatlly true in both our cases!!!you can do this whatever it is you choose to do and even thought i am far away and not much help I am still here for ya...

Im loving him already - he is super cute and i we have go9ne on 3 walks so far and I will walk him morning and night :):):)

Can you kennel the dog at night so that he's safe? Or give him a room with the door closed and cat free? Give them a week or two, they may end up best friends.

When I was a kid, about 10, we had a dog who was about 5 and we bought a kitten. She'd jump on his tail (it was a long shaggy tail). It hurt him, we could all tell. He eventually learned how to wag her into a wall. And they ended up sleeping together all the time and following each other around the house. Inseperable. She also thought he was a girl and would... ah, uhm... yeah, she thought it was milk I guess. And he'd let her do that with no qualms.

:drooling: What we are now doing is settin up the house so that the kittens and the dog and cant come and go and get to knwo one another and my other two cats can come and go on their own but be seperate from the dog - it is pure chaios...

Yes club for sure I will start a thread now...It is tiring but excellent work out and the cals you burn are crazy...

1.25 mile walk in the rain :)!!! cals - I dunno - eating not so great today however I think I will balance out alright - im gonna chug a lug some more water...

Sounds like the dog is a workout. Hope it pays off in pounds lost. I certainly do think it takes a while for the species to get to know each other & learn to respect & trust. Which can make for some ..uh.. "exciting" moments! lol My parents cat is now fine with their dog, but my dog just isn't ok with her when we go visit. We have to keep them separate. They get used to each other if we stay long enough but it can be stressful sometimes wondering who is going to end up with a trip to the vet (knock on wood. none so far).

Hope this weekend was great.
