Hey, Crunchie, I agree 10 pounds in 2 weeks is generally not a healthy loss - but as one of the people who lost nearly that, I have to say at least a good 4 pounds of mine was TOM bloat. It just happened that the challenge started on exactly the right day that I was retaining the most water. Most of it dropped within about four days. My real loss was only maybe 4 or 5 pounds. I hope no one would do anything unhealthy like starve themselves for the sake of a challenge - but you never know.

Hey twinmom I can understand how you managed to loose a lot if your weigh in was on your worse TOM day. I had mine in the first week of the challenge I think though I can't remember now. I'd be surprised if everyone who lost loads had their period on the start of the challenge though so I think I'll deffo not bother with the next one as despite the explainations given I still do not believe loosing up to 4lbs two weeks running is a good thing..

Hey, gang! Sorry I'm so late in posting here, but I still want to congratulate everyone on the terrific weight losses during this first challenge. It was tons of fun, and many thanks to HH for getting this one together!

I'm sitting out the next challenge until I can slow down a bit at work and get myself under control again. For those of you going on to the next one, GOOD LUCK! Hopefully I'll see you all again on the third challenge. :)
