FINAL BEFORE AND AFTER. 171.4 to 124.2 pounds.

I have had a few albums on here and a couple journals, but I have realized I just don't come here like I use to. I am at the end of my weight loss journey and am so thankful for this site.

This is my complete before and after. :)

I started my weight loss journey at 180lbs and right now i have 148! I notice we have the same body figure ... and I want to ask what have u done for ur legs? The skin of mines is not so good...still..but is true I have at least 15
more lbs until i reach my goal! So, do u have any suggestion? Thx, u look FAB!:)
 
See, I'm always trying to prove him wrong and in the end...I let myself down because I do stop after a good couple of weeks. I WISH that it was more motivating like it was for you. I have to find out what that is for me. Right now I'm working two jobs so it's hard for me to find a balance so that I can even start back exercising. Your results are amazing! I know that all bodies are different. I just want to have my before and after journey to share.

I started a blog to share my thoughts and struggles. Not much is there right now.

You shouldn't need to rely on exercise as a primary source of weight loss, simply a calorie deficit should do it, focus on diet for losing weight which requires way less effort and can be done no matter how many jobs you have.

Exercise is good for getting fit but not essential for weight loss, I have a desk job and never exercise and I've lost 20lbs+ so far.

Thanks for the reply. I have been working on my food for the past couple of months. Right now it's hard to have a consistent food schedule so I'm trying to find what works for me. My BIGGEST downfall is soda. I'm highly addicted to it. I have stopped before but this time it's a lot harder to let it go.

YES, I know how you feel!

I knew it would be a problem for me as I'd probably just go back and start drinking them again so I decided that diet soda was the lesser of 2 evils which I think is a more realistic approach.

The problem was finding diet soda that is as good as the original, there's a couple I find are pretty good. Fanta zero I drink a lot of, pepsi max is one of the sweetest and I also get on well with sprite and 7up diet versions, diet coke is sooo bad but diet cherry coke is actually OK.

I was amazed at how many calories fizzy drinks have, it's crazy, but I was significantly MORE amazed at how little calories the no sugar variants have, it's literally about 10cals for a 2 litre bottle, which is nothing.

I am thinking about purchasing turbofire (or asking for it as a birthday gift), and I was wondering what you think about it. As an engineering student involved with a sorority and research, I always have a hard time trying to fit in effective workouts, as I slack off sometimes at the gym. I have done some research and it looks like it pretty much takes less that 1.5 hours for a kick-butt workout. Would you recommend it to others based on your experiences? I am a somewhat active person already, but I'm interested in the results that would come with the HIIT program. TIA!

p.s. You look incredible. You are truly an inspiration.

Honestly, I LOVE TurboFire! It is a great workout that will help you lose weight and inches fast. I often feel like I dont havr time to workout but if I just push myself to do the workout, I find I want to do another one! It is really fun and motivating. The workouts range from 15 mins to 55 mins, and all are really fun and diverse. I highly recommend it! :)
 
Thank you so much everyone who has left me kind comments! :) It is because of this forum that I was able to stay on track. I slip on and off in the program, but my boyfriend and I are going to be moving into an apartment soon so I will be doing a TurboFire, P90X hybrid workout everyday because he owns P90X :) I still have a ways to go, but I know everyone here will keep me motivated to finally reach my goals.
 
Wow, you truly are an inspiration to someone who wants to shift some weight.

I'm 5ft 9" and lost 27lbs last year which left me weighing 190lbs, but I've always felt disheartened by thinking I'd never lose enough weight to have a slim stomach. You have proved me wrong and have influenced me to properly pick up the exercise again and give it another shot!
