FINAL BEFORE AND AFTER. 171.4 to 124.2 pounds.

One of the best way to lose the belly is to do cardio it tones you and shrink your tummy it is a overall work out or you could do p90x its really great and will help.

Do you have a closer image of your face before and after for comparison? We have a similar start and goal weight and I just would like to see the difference closer. Strange question, do you have any calve shots?

Congrats again on your weight loss. You look amazing. I hope that I can jump back on the horse soon and restart my journey. I always start and never finish. My main hurdle is sticking with it. What kept you going?

Amazing !!! Looks like human determination and hard work works better than photoshop. Remarkable change.

P.S. Are you single? :D

absolutly fantastic work!!!congradulations@@@@@you look stuning@@@@@!!!!
Did you work out a lot?and what about your diet?

In the beginning I worked out everysingle day for about 1.5-2 hours (cardio) and I stuck to the South Beach Diet religiously. After awhile I gave up on the SBD and just naturally started eating less and now I do a few days of strict eating then a day or two of not counting calories and eating what I want and it seems to give me amazing weight loss results.

I am a guy. 28 pounds will be hard to lose. I am average bonned. Do you think that I need to go down to 140?

Hello there, thank you for the comment and the question, but I am afraid I am unqualified to give weight loss estimates to anyone since every body is different. :)

Thank you. I had the same problem of starting and stopping, but one day I asked my then boyfriend if he thought I could lose the weight and he said "we will see, you usually quit after a month." And that pissed me off and all I wanted to do was prove him and everyone else wrong, no one believed in me so I had to believe in my self. I just kept thinking about the happy new life I would have if I just kept going :)

ha thank you, I saw a quote awhile back that said "If you spent as much time exercising as you do on photoshop you would actually look that good."

And no, I am not single :)

I am 5'7" and weigh 125 but I am very small-boned. When I get over 133-135 I start getting the muffin top. If I was 168, I'd have flab hanging everywhere and I'm only an inch shorter than you.

If you're 168, you probably need to get down to around 135-140 if you're average boned. Then the muffin will be no more.

Keep in mind that 135 lbs would be if you wanted to be cut like Micheal Phelps or something. To get rid of the manboobs and love handles you probably need to be around 145-150. So I'd say lose another 20-25 pounds and then re-evaluate.

This guy is probably a good guage for you since he's the same height as you with an average bone build. He's a tad over 150.

I don't know, 135 seems pretty thin for me for a guy at 5'7''.

I'm 155 and my bodyfat is under 10%. Although I do have excess skin from losing 95 lbs and probably some extra muscle..

Well assuming that both you and he have an medium bone structure (not thin-boned like me) then the 145-155 range is probably appropriate for him. It's just a general guideline. Everybody's body is different to a certain extent so the numbers aren't rigid by any means.

All I know is that when I used to weigh 149 I had some major love handlage / man boob action going on and now I have none at 125, but like I said, I'm very small-boned.

See, I'm always trying to prove him wrong and in the end...I let myself down because I do stop after a good couple of weeks. I WISH that it was more motivating like it was for you. I have to find out what that is for me. Right now I'm working two jobs so it's hard for me to find a balance so that I can even start back exercising. Your results are amazing! I know that all bodies are different. I just want to have my before and after journey to share.

I started a blog to share my thoughts and struggles. Not much is there right now.
