Ok, I'm a beginner at lifting and working out. Just starting this week. But I don't want to this for no reason with no results. I've read all these sticky's and numerous other links, pages and such. Reading all this stuff is still like reading Greek. I've finally figured out the eating thing. But just trying to figure out what to do is discouraging. After all of this reading I have decided,that me being a beginner, I want to do the fullbody workout. So could someone who has been doing this for a while please help me with an exact routine. At least for the first couple of weeks and I think then I'll have it down. I mean I need help with exact types of excersises, number of reps, number of sets and number of days per week.
I'm really not that dumb, but when I mean exact types of excersises....ie
bench press, military press, squats, curls?????... This is just totally new to me. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
