Good afternoon all 
My weekend... let's see. I don't think I did too bad compared to some, but there was definitely a big room for improvement lol. I'll be honest, I've stopped counting calories. Which is funny, I feel like I'm eating a lot more than I actually am... Like honestly, I felt like I ate constantly all weekend and I really don't feel like I've gained any weight. And now I'm not concentrating on what I'm eating, what I'm eating at my next meal, what's for dinner etc etc, I'm not thinking about food all the time... and I haven't had a binge. Mind you, I am eating whatever I want- everything is healthy though. I even made chocolate the other day that passed the husband test...!!! OMG, tastes amazing too. Tomorrow is weigh in day, so will let you know how I've really gone when I weigh in lol.
ANYHOO... Sat morning started off with breakfast, then a gym workout. Spent most of the day at home watching movies on the couch with hubby, was LOVELY. I went out that evening... and had 4 glasses of champagne lol. But pretty sure I worked it off with the 3 hours of cutting up the dancefloor that followed.
Sunday I slept in, and woke up to the cleanest I have ever seen our place... hubby had gotten up early cuz he couldn't sleep and had tidied, cleaned and scrubbed EVERYTHING. Not even kidding. Even the tiles in the shower and the toilet
I made him brekki to thank him, then we decided to go to the movies and watched Inception- which was awesome! Then we got takeaway lol... Went to Nando's and I had a small chips and a vege burger on wholemeal. First time I've had takeaway in FOREVER so I wasn't about to feel guilty about it!!!
And... I ate what I wanted when I wanted all weekend... and it's the first weekend in FOREVER I didn't go over maintenance calories. GO ME!!
Today I got up, ate brekki and walked the 7kms to my course and back again... so today looks like this:
Brekki- 2 choc brownie pancakes (sound bad right? They're sweetened only with banana, made with unsweetened raw cocoa, and have the tiniest bit of organic buckweat flour in them... with a couple of eggs and some water. They taste awesome!)
Snack: Raw cheesecake (made mostly with cashews and coconut)
Lunch: Vege burger (homemade chickpea patty made entirely of veg) on 2 pieces wholemeal grain bread with 1 egg, cheese, tomato, spinach
Snack: 1 choc brownie pancake
Dinner will probably be pizza pancakes that I made in bulk and froze yesterday- the base is almost entirely veg, with wheat germ to make it into more of a dough... grilled like a pancake, then topped with a creamy tomato paste I made with cottage cheese, tomatos, herbs, and garlic... then topped with capsicum, mushrooms, and cheese. Hehehe they're really colourful, the pancakes are green, the tomato paste is pink, and then the capsicum is red and green
Exercise: Walked 14kms- took about 2hrs I think. 1hr gym group tonight
So yea, on my weekend I baked and cooked a heap of things that looked and sounded really naughty but made almost entirely of veg or fruit or nuts of some kind!
My course was fun today, we were learning how to take each others blood pressure!! I have Monday arvos off so I'm chillaxing for the rest of the day. Going to check out everyone else's diaries that I've been neglecting!!
