*Wave* hey everyone, I'm in Edmonton, AB here. Nearly the end of March, and we're still below 0!

Same here, Edmonton Alberta :).

Hey hey! Glad to see a strong Canuck presence here! I live in Toronto, but work across Canada from mon-thurs. And that makes healthy eating pretty tough! LOL

Right now I'm in Calgary until October, then off to Montreal for a couple of months, then I think it's Saskatoon/Regina....

Oooo!! I'm close to you!!! I'm in Windsor.

hey lowfatmilk...wow cool i am hoping that one day i will get to see what windsor is like. i heard so much about it ...im from up north and just moved to this area about four years ago so the towns/cities around london are all new to me:waving:

I spent a bit of time in london. I had a surgery awhile back and I was going every two weeks until I was healed. A lot of church activity there too. I really like london, but it's a little too big for me to want to live there. I think the furthest I've been in Ontario has been Huntsville, and of course I've been to Toronto and stuff too.

Windsor is not the greatest. I don't actually live in Windsor, I live nearby (nobody knows where it is so I just say Windsor). I lived in Windsor for a few years, it was nice while I did, but it's nothing special. We go there for shopping every so often because it has more selection than my town, but it really doesn't have a big attraction for me.

Where abouts up north did you come from?

i raised up in huntsville ...lol my whole family is up there. we go to huntsville alot and my husband is from bracebridge. i use to thing that london didnt have anything that i would like but once u live here, there is TONS of things here like collages, schools for adults which i have never seen anywhere in ontario like this, hospitals where u can get help from almost anything. London is yes big but i live on the outskirts and when u live here, it turns into a small place, it is really a bunch of small places put together, with one main big city like in the middle of it..the part that i live in is like living in the middle of the country in the city if that makes any sense at all...lol if u have been here then u know highbury and i live right off highbury which is really cool:cheers2:.

hi lowfatmilk

:lurk5: i was raised in huntsville..my whole family is up there..well most of them anyway, london is a great place, lots to do here..and yes when you are just visiting .it does seem big but it really isnt that big once u live here.

I can't recall doing anything in Huntsville, but camping. It was great place to be in!!! We were going to move to London at one point, but we could never quite get the arrangements made.

Glad you're happy to be closer :)

Your kids are around my age :). I'll be 20 next month.
If you want to go camping at all there's a nice park called the Pinery it's by Grand Bend. The beaches are very clean and it's just a great overall place to be.

Small world, huh? I'm loving all the snow...except for the shovelling part! But, it's pretty good excercise! And the snow is great for snowboarding and skiing, so I'm a happy boy!

Hi everyone, I'm from Cambridge...

How is everyone doing? I'm just starting this road of loosing weight and it's very difficult, quitting smoking was easier. Wish me luck, need to loose 20lbs to bring my cholesteral down. :drool5:
