I have been waking up feeling awful, my joints have been aching, i feel drained, and even when i eat something with a lot of energy it never does the trick. I have been trying to get good sleeps, and i get about 9 and a half hours of sleep, but somehow i wake up feeling awfully tired. I have also been trying to go to bed earlier, because i have been falling asleep at 2 and waking up at 11:30ish. I am very active though, and i play soccer so there is a lot of running and quickness needed. So anyways, the last matches i have had i have been drinking energy drinks, and i have been absolutely explosive. I never get tired, everyone is complimenting me on my quick-feet(normally have without feeling and) and my speed. Is it bad to have an energy drink before you play? i was thinking maybe i would get dependant on it. So any tips for natural energy, and loose muscles, please help. Thank you very much
