Darn, almost made it!!

Goal was 210, I got down to 210.6!

I will ignore the .6 lol and choose to see the 210, and say "Yayyyyy!!! I did it! :)

So I decided I would start up the next monthly weigh in challenge. Maybe it will be more motivating to know I need to keep it going! I know it's a touch early, but it's too late to join January's and I needed to sign up for a challenge now.
As usual, choose a weigh in day (usually once a week), choose a goal weight for the month, and update each week with your weigh in!

Jan 31: 164.2
Feb 7: 162.6
Feb 14: 162.4
Feb 21: 163 :(
Feb 28: 161.2

Goal for the end of February: 156
I decided that instead of 10 pounds I would go for 8 since I've already 'lost' 4 pounds in water weight this week. Plus I'm starting out a couple pounds lighter than I thought I would weigh in today.

Well certainly didn't make my goal but at least it's a downward trend. Have to do much better this month.

Loch you did awesome as well! 9 lbs in a month, great job even if you didn't hit your goal!

Mystic, you're like me. At least we went downward, just not as much as we wanted to.

On the bright side - I hit my lowest low yet of 130 on Saturday! Too bad that means a whole 0.5 lb loss this month :( BUT at least I didn't end with a gain :ack2:
