Weight-Loss February Fit!

Weight-Loss
Bad week only had 3 days of exercising and two screw ups with food - and I was at a big party Friday night, loads of beef and lamb and crisps and wine. Weight is up 0,3 kg :/
Back on the horse, will aim at reaching 127,5 next Sat. exercise will be difficult but will try to get my father to come over so I can do evening walks.
 
Didn't do swell this week with the weight loss. Only .6 down, but hey, it's still a loss right?

I didn't work out as much and I had quite a bit to eat around the Super Bowl, I will step it up this week. :)
 
GOod job everyone! Those little highs and lows happen! Hopefully we trend the right way by the end of the month!

Well, I'd like to join this one, but it's already the second week of February and I've only started my workout and eating right plan just yesterday, so I'll join in on the March one, then.
 
ok, I guess I will go ahead and join in and to be on the safe side, I'm going to aim to lose at least a pound a week for now, since I haven't worked out in a little while. So, the goal for the end of the month will be 184.
 
So I decided I would start up the next monthly weigh in challenge. Maybe it will be more motivating to know I need to keep it going! I know it's a touch early, but it's too late to join January's and I needed to sign up for a challenge now.
As usual, choose a weigh in day (usually once a week), choose a goal weight for the month, and update each week with your weigh in!

Jan 31: 164.2
Feb 7: 162.6
Feb 14: 162.4

Goal for the end of February: 156
I decided that instead of 10 pounds I would go for 8 since I've already 'lost' 4 pounds in water weight this week. Plus I'm starting out a couple pounds lighter than I thought I would weigh in today.

3 days of less than great eating have resulted in some water weight :( but at least it still is going in the right direction!
 
With my terrible weigh in last week, I still kept my goal weigh ins for the future weeks… This week I was .2 from making my goal, so I am pretty happy.

Bad few days, I'm gonna get back on track eventually. At least I'm still under my initial weight.
 
Looks like it's going to be another month of missed goals. I BETTER end this month with a LOSS.

Ugh. My own fault! Been eating so bad I'm surprised it's not higher!
 
Me too :( I weigh tomorrow. Missed all my goals. I ate horrible for Feb, I don't know what to say.

I made a calendar for the remaining months and plan on sticking to that, maybe it will work! I'm using stickers like teachers do xD.

Not doing well AT ALL. Highly doubt I will lose 9.5 lbs in a week to catch up.

Well, I had a loss! Didn't make it to my goal, but still optimistic about next weeks goal! :) Gotta step it up!
