Fatty Foods Only

I love to work out but my diet is killing me! I do everything right such as lifting weights, running, but I will never lose weight cuz of my diet. So is there a diet for guys who only likes the bad food. Meaning I only eat cheese bugers and fries cuz that's the only thing I like. Trust me, you have never met a more picky eater than right here. Pretty much if it's unhealthy, I like it! If it's healthy, I won't touch it. I have looked into a lot of diets but they all have foods in them that I don't like. So yes I will lose weight cuz I won't eat anything. Not really the way I want to go. So if anyone knows anything, I'm all ears!
 
My husband was the same way when we got married, although not overweight. He would eat 2 extra-long chilli cheese coneys and a Route 44 Dr.Pepper from Sonic and not even bat an eye. How he wasn't overweight is beyond me.

Thankfully, he has since changed.

He now eats all sorts of things that he would not even go near before. It didn't happen overnight, it happened gradually.

Like Derwyddon said, suck it up and try. If you flat out refuse to do it then it will never happen.
 
Sounds like you dont really want to succeeed. If you want it, youll do what you have to do for it...how many people dont like exercise...but they do it anyway...

ask yourself how ba you want it and decide if your overall goal is to lose weight or be healthy...cuz chanes are youll lose weiht if you are acting healthy...and healthy is altering your eating habits...cheeseburgers n fries are not only bad for you weight wise...but cholesterol, blood pressure, etc.

give it a try. as miagi said "walk right side road -safe, walk left side road-safe walk middle sooner or later get squish just like grape. fitness and health same thing either completely comit yes or completely comit no...compltely comit guess so, sooner or later get squish just like grape!
or something like that :)

my suggestion is try as many healthy foods as you can, just give them a try. certain foods you make not like but others you might end up eating all of the time instead of burgers and fries...
 
You're absolutely right, all those bad foods taste great! Too bad that they are unhealthy. If there was diet for "guys who like the bad food" than I think more people would be doing that, don't ya think? I used to "think" I hated good foods like spinach, broccoli, asparagus, yogurt, etc., but I started eating them, knowing their benefits, and now I love them.

Its a matter of will and also opening up your taste buds. I hated oatmeal, now I love it, can't get enough. I hated most veggies and fruits. Now I love them. Couldn't think of eating chicken without it being fried, now I can't stomach it when I have it. You have to detox your body from these foods. You will grave them for a while but that does disappear and the better you eat and the longer you eat well the less and less it becomes an issue.
