I love to work out but my diet is killing me! I do everything right such as lifting weights, running, but I will never lose weight cuz of my diet. So is there a diet for guys who only likes the bad food. Meaning I only eat cheese bugers and fries cuz that's the only thing I like. Trust me, you have never met a more picky eater than right here. Pretty much if it's unhealthy, I like it! If it's healthy, I won't touch it. I have looked into a lot of diets but they all have foods in them that I don't like. So yes I will lose weight cuz I won't eat anything. Not really the way I want to go. So if anyone knows anything, I'm all ears!
