Fatty.2 : Revenge of the chub.

I'm kind of a lurker on this diary, and last night I was reading it from work and just had to abruptly close the window because I felt way too inappropriate.... and after reading the rest of the posts I missed on the train this morning, I am happy I did :)

Just weighed in and I'm down a pound. Although that's not really an achievement as I'd ballooned back up to 12st 11lb anyway from my normal 12st 5lb in the last month or so.

Only 5lb to go til I'm back where I was. And then another 10lbs after that til true Sex Goddess potential is reached :coolgleamA:

Breakfast: melon + grapes (50)
Lunch: seedy brown roll (188) ham (20) hummus (20)
Dinner: pasta carbonara made by my friend (600)
Snacks: too much wine (800) blehhh

Total: 1678
Exercise: 30 min walk

Morning all,

Got back very late last night and was kept up all night by a horrible storm in Portsmouth. 65mph winds + living literally on the sea front = no sleep!

Wales was awesome. Ate and drank far too much (managed to avoid the chocolate though) but was so lovely to see my best friend and her girlfriend. We've been best friends since we started school when we were 5 and I love her :beating:
But yeah. Had a McDonalds, ate out in a restaurant and had gammon/garlic bread and the first night Emily's girlfriend made Jerk chicken wings but I didn't want wings so I had grilled BBQ chicken breast with one slice of bread with humus and some spicy rice which wasn't too unhealthy. The two litres (yes, two litres!) of wine I consumed after the meal has probably not helped the weight though!

So got up nice and early (well, 10:30 ;)) to do some essay work before work/pub tonight. MUST BE GOOD! Think I'll be on the WW meals for the foreseeable future!

Dinner: garlic bread (180) kiev (300) baked potato (300)
Snacks: 2 onion rings (150)

Think I'm going to try and have a few days of very low calories. When I started my diet I was having between 1000-1200 a day and now it's crept back up to around 1500-1600 which is tooooo much. Going to try and stick between 1000-1200 for the next 3-4 days and try and kick-start my body into wanting less food again!
 
Sounds like a fun weekend :D Beats me sitting in hugging a cup of tea while the rain bashed the windows voting wagner through to next week on the x-factor... :p

Going to walk to work, walk to friends and then walk to pub! Who says booze isn't healthy! That's about 2 hours of walking!

Must stay away from the wiiiiiiine!

Had a good 1.5 hour walk to and from work though which was lovely ^_^ Not quite 2hrs but 1.5 is plenty!
