No exciting plans, really, Tik..Going to work tonight and then for a drink with some friends and then working on my dissertation all weekend. "Sexual crisis and identity in Catcher in the Rye and The Bell Jar" is the chapter right now--Thrilling! Need to get my butt into gear--Less than 1 month to get it done!!

Started work at 5:30am this morning so came home at 9:30am with McDonald breakfast /facepalm. No excuses. Knew I had no food in the house and was staaaarving. Had a sausage and egg muffin and a hash brown. FAIIIIIL. Still, only 550 calories so not the end of the world. :piggy:

Yesterday calories were under 1500, and the day before that..So hoping for a drop when I weigh in for the Spring Challenge in a few days :) Have a great weekend everyone!

Wow! LOL that does sound like quite the intense dissertation!! Wow! I don't even know what half of that means! LOL

I'm not doing much! School has crushed me this week, and I have a paper to complete this weekend! I think I'm going to use the weekend to recover LOL ...pretty much a typical boring weekend! LOL

How are you enjoying school!? are you done in a month!?
 
Oh my gosh. Mc Donalds. Last night, I was feeling like such a fattie that I wanted to drive to Mc Donalds and eat fries when I was already in my pajamas in bed, after I finished a whole bottle of wine. *shakes head* . No worries, woman! It wasn't that many calories, and fuck it! ;) Let's work for it! :) Love love love love your avi! You are so beautiful. Can't wait to see pics!!! Please upload them. :)

Well, my weekend is going good so far--Ate PERFECTLY all day yesterday, was at like 800 calories and wanted to save some for drinking in the evening--Welllll, I had about 4 glasses of wine and then more wine at home and then ordered pizza at like 3am. So yeah. Fail.:leaving:

HOWEVER, on my new sexy phone I have found a C25K application! Which is fucking sweet--It tracks my progress, plays music for each part of the warm-up, running, walking and tells me when to stop, start, cool down, etc. It looks pretty sweet and Yank is keen to join in. Hoping to start tonight after our house roast dinner (it smells soooo good in my kitchen right now!!) or tomorrow as I'm off work.

Quite excited! Anyone else done that programme? Would you recommend it? I guess exercise is exercise at the end of the day though! Wish me luck--Will update you all on how it goes :) xxx
 
Oh oh oh, and an app called Endomondo. So you put in your weight and stuff and it helps you with your work-outs. You put in what exercise/sport you're doing--For example running and you can either use google maps on the app to create a route and save it to try and beat your personal best each time you run, or you can set a goal of a certain time or amount of miles. Can do it for all sorts of exercises and it looks great--Will def try this out as well :D

Endomundo sounds pretty cool >_> I hope I spelled it right... I think I'll take a look at it, I should be buying a jogging stroller tomorrow so walking might be something I'll be able to do again, and OMG I totally did pizza late last night too. In fact the fat chick in my avi is eating pizza :p There's a pizza place around the corner that's open until 2am which is SO late compared to every other pizza place. Their garlic rolls made me sick tho, so I didn't eat much today lol

I am just over half way through c25k programme and loving it!!!

Don't be put off by a bad eating day, you just have to put it behind you and move on!! :)

I can't work the new app properly yet but me and Yank did a walk for an hour at an average speed of 4mph so I burnt 388 calories :D Bloody freezing outside, the sun is deceptive! Now at home to do some dissertation work. Not bad for a Sunday! Having low fat burritos tonight. :hat:

Hana, you totally got me downloading edomondo to my iphone. Looks pretty cool, looking forward to testing it out in the morning if I brave the running track again...but to be honest, just kinda thinking I'll stick to the treadmill...I enjoy it more and can watch the telly lol! x
 
That app sounds really cool! I'm sure there are similar ones that would work out better. I have done (and am doing it again) a 5K training program similar to the C25K. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to get in better shape or even become a runner!

Damn wine and pizza. I did the same thing the other night - except for that I got high with my roommate, ordered pizza, had 2 big slices, went out and drank a bottle of wine, came home, and ate 2 more big slices -- half the fricken pizza! Not to mention some rocky road ice cream in between there :blush5: WHYYYY MUST THIS FOOD BE SO EVILLLLLL?! So so yummy. What kind of wine do you like? I enjoy red wine for the most part, but the other night I had Moscato and it was pretty tasty!

Pip, I wish I had a treadmill! Where did you get yours? Was it expensive? Is it big? Am I asking too many questions?

Sarahhh, I like Rose! But will drink ANYTHING. I have friends that'll go to a shop for booze and they wont have the "make" of wine that they like so will just not drink! Craaaaazy! I like most drink--Beer, cider..Anything but red wine actually (although do enjoy it chilled with lemonade)
 
I meant the one at the gym hun, they have 5 tvs infront of the treadmills and you can plug your headphones into your machine and chose which tv you watch. I like to go in the evening during eastenders or something, keeps me distracted lol! I would love love love a treadmill at home though, just need to grow my money tree first x

Well, my manager rang me this morning and was like "Hana, are you still on a diet?" And I was like, yus, I am still a giant fat-ass, thank you for reminding me. And she then invited me to go to a belly-dancing class with her on Wednesday nights! It's an hour long and it's for beginners. Am starting this week! :willy_nilly:

I shall be all sexual and dancey post haste!

In less weight-loss related news: I'm siiiiick. Caught Yank's cold and now feel like face has been hit by bus. Hate having a bad cough. Swear I was only sick like 2 months ago--Why meeee?! :rant:
