So the calories to maintain my (moderately active) lifestyle and weight is 2526. WHY THE FUCK AM I ONLY EATING 1400 then?! I'm dying of hunger!! Can't believe I used to eat below 1000 for weeks on end and still survive!

I need a deficit of 3500 a week to lose a pound. That sounds fair ^_^

Actual: 4151
Deficit: 3428
So by this logic, I SHOULD HAVE LOST A POUND! Hummph. We shall see. Will weigh in tomorrow after being a very good girl tonight for dinner!
Breakfast: skipped
Lunch: peanut (organic, organic I tell you!) butter sammich lightly spread on brown bread! (350)
Dinner: spag with meatballs (800)
Snacks: scone (140)
