Fatty.2 : Revenge of the chub.

yayy for getting back on track! the holidays definitely messed me up but I'm getting back into things now :) and congrats on already losing 30 lbs that's what I'm trying to lose!

Yikes I also stalled out at 180 a couple years ago. Lost momentum. Its a mental thing.

I'm curious if you ate anything after your 780 calorie day, or even your 1070 (?) calorie day. Like in the middle of thenight? Or did you resist?

YAY!!!! SHE'S BACK!!!!!!!!!!!

Now hopefully things will get back to normal around here!

Missed you! And wishing you the best on your detox week.

Hiiii *waves* Thanks for stopping by :D I didn't eat anything after my 780 day yesterday or anything else today (about to go to bed). I'm very, very jetlagged so too sleepy to eat very much at the moment! Really wanted a few days of very low calorie to get myself back on track. I'm eating very healthy but filling food so feel great! xxx :hurray:

Also, heyyy Deanna! Thanks for posting :) Good luck on your 30lbs! You'll get there :D

Tigggggs! Missed you <3 So happy to be back and posting and holding myself accountable again! Today was AWESOME

Always great to have you back here! And way to go with the first few days! Have an awesome time with the family.

Thanks Laura :)

Yus, SoCo, that would be WW spag! It is amazingggg. Absolutely love the stuff :D

Well, Coventry was a bit sad. My great aunt has lost her marbles a little and had to go to hospital and now there is a big hoo-ha over where she is going to go now. Finding a care/nursing home that still allows her relative freedom and independance is quite hard.

Plus my nan saying "You've put on weight round your face" which is always a lovely compliment boost! I told her she had a saggy chest and now we are even. Mwahahaha. Had lots of long dog walks yesterday and another 40 min walk this morning which was good.

Breakfast: 2 slices brown bread (200) 1 egg (63) slice of bacon (90) tiny amount of cheese (40)
Lunch: Covent Garden soup (111)
Dinner: WW pizza (250) salad without dressing (0) wedges (150)
Snacks: none

Total: 904

Exercise: 40 min dog walk (so far)

LOL Sunflower! :smilielol5:

That was SO not nice of her to say that. I think your comeback was totally deserving! Besides, a little tiny bit of weight round the face is easy to fix. A saggy chest is usually permanent!

welcome back :) So I have to ask...what was your aunts reaction when you said that? Cuz I seriously laughed when I read what you said to her!

Haha, my nan just walked off. No come back! Mwahahahaha! Still, a bit disheartening to hear that but I think my face looks just fine!!!

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Today I did a 40 min dog walk which was fun :) It's my best friends 21st (yesterday really, but going out tonight!) so hitting the town and getting a take away at her parents. Mehhhh! Let's hope there is something on the menu I can has!

Breakfast: 1 egg (63) 1 low-fat sausage (70) 1 slice brown bread (100)
Lunch: cheese pasta (200)
Dinner: Indian Takeaway but very very small portions (800)
Snacks:
Total:

Exercise: 40 min dog walk.

I just read Emerald's post about the negative commenter, and now this!

What is it with people and their big mouths?!! I just don't get it. Srsly.

Apparently there are lots of folks that never learned the old and valuable saying: " If you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all".
Jeez!

I'm just glad you got in a smart quip and then walked away without getting all upset. Good for you, Hana!

S'alright, Sunny, some girl at work told me (in the sweetest, most sincere voice possible) last week that it looks like I'm developing an eating disorder.

I learned it, oh boy how could I not have. My mom is constantly saying it when my dad does something stupid, which is like her rude comment in a way anyways! ;3

You are who you are Sunflower. The only things worth changing are the things YOU want to change. Don't do it for someone else, and don't listen to their snarky comments. Her face is probably saggy too. I would've left her chest out of it. Lol

Haha, thanks you guys :) My nan is one of the main reasons I went on a diet in the first place. Every time I saw her she'd comment on what I ate, how much I weighed. Back handed compliments like "You'd be so pretty if you lost a couple of STONE!!!". I love her too bits, though. Tact isn't a strong point in the women on that side of the family, myself included, I'm afraid. Ah well.

So I'm finally back in my beautiful Portsmouth. My heart feels lighter every time I come back here :D This is my home for life, I think. I adore the sea and the breeze!
I've come down with a stinking cold. Coughing my lungs up! I drank a lot of wine on Friday night for my friend's 21st. Not as much as her as she was in bed all day with mild drink poisoning!! So all the lovely plans I had for her (getting her nails done, champagne lunch) were scrapped so she could linger in bed all day! Not amused!

Then we went out for a Chinese meal in the evening. Everyone apart from me and Yank had 5 courses but I had veggie soup (hardly any calories) and some veggie spring rolls. Could have been worse, I suppose.

I've come back to my work rota which is all fucked up. Typical. I'm down to work 20 hours when they know I'm at Uni! Well, I'm not *actually* at Uni until the 31st but need time to do dissertation stuff! So I've had to text the on-call phone so they wont be happy tomorrow when they find it! Awh well ;) Back to work tomorrow so focusing on getting better today. Yank ran me a hot bath and made me a lemsip (flu drink-it's yummy!). He's lovely :D

Food should be okayish today.

Breakfast: 2 slices of brown toast with marmite (250)
Lunch: 2 crumpets (170) mac n cheese (200) cereal bar (100)
Dinner:
Snacks:
