Fatty.2 : Revenge of the chub.

OMG Vegemite chips? BRING IT ON!!! Massive Vegemite fan here (In Australia it's law you know!) hell I eat it straight out of the jar! Well used to... :)

Shame on all you 'ite' haters :leaving:

S.O.G. is a classic name, and I'm so chuffed to hear he's so much better.

My stepfather is a douchebag and Mum calls hi M.O.G. - Miserable old goat! Lol.

First decree as Her Royal Crumpet.

*bows before the infinite marmitey wisedom of Her Royal Crumpet*

hmm, that title kind of sounds a bit...rude...like its your pet name for somewhere private ;)....

Her Royal Crumpet approves of this post. :cheers2:

And yes Jay, you have caught me out! A crumpet is a horrible, horrible euphemism for my vagoo. So when I say I've had two crumpets for breakfast I really mean that I've been in a brothel somewhere releasing my inner lesbian :sifone:

Jess, I have never eaten it out the jar! It's like Jay said: I eat one and I'm like DEAR GOD, WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS...*two seconds later* Mannnn, I want another one.

So addictive.
Just like those damn crumpets.

Ah yes, sorry about that. My diary attracts all the pervs. *cough* JAY *cough*

Hope you're having a good day!

Royal Crumpet OUT :piggy:

Your royal crumpet... I have tried neither vegemite nor marmite as they don't seem to be available here in the 'States.. so I shan't be an 'ite hater without knowing..

Crumpets on the other hand I've eaten quite a few of...

Your guess as to which type...

I'd be happy to post you some Vegemite Cabbie! If you want just PM your address and I'll hook you up with some of the good stuff :Angel_anim:

*blows kiss* You're a horrible, horrible pervert and I quite adore it. The slogan for Marmite over here is " You Love it or you Hate it." Most people hate it. The Marmite lovers will live on though!

Well, I had a fucking horrible shitty night. For those of you new to my diary (and my deranged ramblings) Yank's mum has developed some pretty serious mental health issues in the past 10 months. The last episode saw her in jail for 3 months and then in hospital after directing traffic on a intersection and talking to Obama on the phone. Yus. Really.
She's obviously not well but have no idea what's causing it or what type of mental illness it is. Very worrying. And now she rang Yank last night with more paranoid delusions (convinced someone is mutilating her face and moving her nose slightly to one side in the night and bugging her phone) and asked him to quit school to go home and look after her.

Just a horrible situation. No idea what's going to happen.

And, of course, with great upset comes great comfort food! Bloody typical.

Conversation in my head:

Hana: I know what I want. Mcdonalds breakfast.
FATTY: We could pretend we want to treat Yank because he's been very upset.
Hana: Yus, Yus, very true. He'd love a McDonalds.
FATTY: Well, he doesn't really *eat* McDonalds but YES, YES!
Hana: *Takes two EXTRA buses just to get to a McDonalds.*

I fail.

I miss McDonalds breakfast so bad that it radiates in my kneecaps.
Be strong, Sunflower: Warrior Princess.
(Hey, it worked for Xena.)

Oh dear I wish I hadn't read your post. McDonalds Breakfasts are just so good. Sausage and Egg McMuffin. Double Sausage and Egg McMuffin. :(

... I used to roll through McDonalds in the morning and get two breakfast burritos, a sausage mcmuffin with egg, and three chocolate chip cookies.

Now, English Muffin with peanut butter, anyone?

BE STRONG, EVERYBODY!
MCDONALDS ISNT GOD, AS MUCH AS THEYD LIKE TO THINK THEY ARE!

Sorry guys! McDonalds is far too good. But it is something I very, very rarely get these days so I'm not tooooo upset by it. Still not good though!

*shudders* Better total up calories. Might just write today off. We're both so stressed and upset and have a million things to do. Got work now til much later and then straight off to a music gig so no time for dinner so will probably end up ordering something :(

MEH!

Breakfast: mc donalds (690) URGHHH
Lunch: String cheese (54) crumpets (160) twiglets (96)
Dinner:

Total:
Exercise: 1 hr walk

Just got back from seeing Laura Marling in concert. Ohhhh my god. Think I'm in love :beating: Was standing literally right at the front in front of her. Beauuuutiful music! If you don't know her; look her up!

Okay first thing's first. McDonald's defintiely puts some kind of addictive substance in their food, because it realistically isn't even that good... So why do we go back for it all the time? (FTR, bacon egg & cheese biscuits were my downfall, at least in part... the double cheeseburgers didn't help either) I can honestly say that I have not eaten a meal from there in 6 months... go me!

You can break the cycle...

Luv... I am indeed a horrible pervert, and I'm so glad you adore that1:) its one of my finer qualities... Blaming Jay isn't going to fly either because, my dear... whilst she also fits the bill... the owner of this diary has a bit of that in herself as well... :D

So sorry to hear about Yank's mum. I have been through something similar with mine because of some drug interactions and assorted other issues with mine. It's a tough road sometimes. I wish the best.

And.. Listened, she has a pretty voice and lyrically she doesn't pull any punches does she? She is emotionally quite open in her music. sort of a raw version of Jewel in her earlier days.

Sunflower (or should I call you her Royal Crumpet?) you're journal is always SO entertaining when I stop by. LOVE IT!!!!

I know what you all mean about McDonalds - I used to get the Big Mac with super sized fries and a coke several times a week. Sometimes for lunch AND supper. And their big breakfast with scrambled eggs, hot cakes, and sausages. YUM!!! I let my kids have McD's once every week or 2 as a treat. But we get apple dippers instead of fries. And I have a kids meal too (chicken nuggets, hot mustard sauce, apple dippers with caramel sauce, milk jug). The sodium and fat are pretty high, but calories aren't too terrible. Usually about what I eat in a meal these days anyway.

It's all about making different choices!

Far out Sunflower! Mental illness is such an awful thing to deal with, I hope she gets sorted out and hope you and Yank are OK.

About Maccas... I'm sorry but I reckon that stuff's toxic! My kids have it every now and then, but I hate them eating it. It's just so fake... but don't stress, it's not like you're there every day.

Stress and worry can be such a trigger!
Hope you're doing OK mate. I'll be thinking of you,

Jess

sending prayers of strength to you and Yank and his mom. what a difficult time this is for all, trust me when i say i understand. stay strong.

ummmm...speaking of McD's..do they still have the lamb mc spicy?? i remember that one, and that was very yummy!

i wish you a better day tomorrow. :)

sigh. Hope something can be done for Yank's mum - sounds like a truly awful situation and he must be worried out of his mind.

As for McDonalds - I'm with Cabbie on the addictive point. I'll go months and months without even being bothered about McDs then have one meal and crave it for weeks afterwards. Pancakes and sausage is my favourite breakfast. Darn you! I am driving to a meeting early this morning and will now be tempted to go to the McD drive in near the office that I'm visiting!!

Sorry to hear about yank's mum. My dad has dementia but the only time he goes really bad suddenly is when we try out new medication on him. He never does anything so drastic as he barely has the strength to get from one room to another but is totally disorientated and does really strange things. I think somebody needs to check what she is taking. My dad was given some pills for alzeimers last year and they turned him crazy so I took him off them. His neurologist insisted that it is impossible to have that effect and got us to try them again a couple of weeks ago and we had a terrible couple of weeks with him. I took him back off them and know that I am in for an arguement with the doctor but they don't always know best. I'm the one thats living with him and seeing his day by day progress or decline.
I've also dropped one of the pills that he used to take 4 a day of down to 3 and he has not been as well as he is it the moment for years and has started sleeping through most nights.
This is all a bit off the point but what I wanted to say is don't underestimate the effect medication can have on somebody and that is the first thing that I would rule out.

GOOD news about McDonalds, because I'm not educated or worldly enough to comment on anything else:
Fish sandwich with no tartar sauce? Not that bad for you.
Grilled chicken wrap with either ranch or honey mustard? Also not that bad for you.

That's my fix, right there :)
