Val: You're so close to your goal now! Bet you're feeling greatttt! I've still got quite a way to go to 160 but I felt awesome at 171 so will try to get back down there for Xmas I think
So today has been gooooood. Went to Uni and had a very cool lecture and then C took me out to lunch. Went to Pizza Hut. I know. Massive fail. BUT, I only had 4 slices. Which sounds like a lot. But normally I'd have kept going until the dreaded pizza sweats came on. And 2 of the slices were thin crust.
And had lots of salad
And then came home, had a nap and now I'm off to work again! Going to friends house tonight to watch Misfits (TV show here!) and have a few drinkies so that should be nice. Will avoid vino at all cost!
Breakfast: 2 crumpets (160)
Lunch: pizza. Pepperoni (260) thin crust veggie (160) ham (250)
Dinner: 2 crumpets (160) lite string cheese (54) jelly pot (10)
Snacks: popcorn (150)
Total: 1204
Exercise: 30 min walk so far

I hope it's nothing serious. He's the fittest old man ever--He's always so healthy and it's just freaked us all out (including him) that he's not indestructible.
