Hey Adam,
Hang in there buddy. I know what you mean, I'm having one (two) of those weeks as well. Looks like your doing good on the diet though. I haven't gotten to work out this week b/c of working late. Hopefully, I can catch up on my diary over the weekend.
Thanks for the support Bert, it's helpful during this time of year. Realistically for me, it's not going to get any easier from here on out so I have to suck it up and take it on the chin. Christmas season is the absolute busiest time of year at my job so my hours are going to be longer and my breaks shorter. I'm really trying to put together a successful exercise program but it's going to be real tough so I'm going to just keep it simple.
Walk my pooch Eddie(or little panda as i call him) for an hour in the morning and at night(he could use the exercise)
ride my bike to work
Avoid shooting Christmas carolers
Try to work in a situp, squat, push up regimen
Dodge all Christmas fudge, peanut brittle, pinochet, cookies, and food my mom will attempt to force down my gullet.
Avoid shooting customers(Did I mention I'm not very fond of the holiday season)
Seems easy enough right

....
Wow, what a great diary. Hate to sound like a parrot but your diary name is So Great! Your humor is all over in your diary. Oregon sounds like God's country also. I love trees.
Congrats on logging your food and staying on top of calorie count, I find that helps me also. At your weight 1500/day might be too low and it actually might be slowing your weight loss down because your body might be going into conservation mode, but you know how you feel and everyone's different.
Way to go on 8 pounds lost since beginning of November. Imagine, it will be over 10 pounds in one month! You are going to FLY. Yah the restaurant thing would be tough for me in the long run, only because I'm such a weak-minded addictive type personality - lol. But you are doing so well.
Looking forward to reading more from a happy cuddly Panda.
hey 2skinny thanks for the reply! I wish that was my nickname haaha.
Oregon is an alright place to live if your idea of fun is tying yourself to a tree half-naked in protest of something useless...or If you love green, rain, clouds, and alternative life styles then Oregon is a great place.
I see your from sa.. saka... sakaw... CANADA! I love Canada, the girl of my dreams (ladies read "unobtainable") is from Alberta. Where is sa... saka.. well, you know in relation to Alberta? Hopefully i will visit her next year and be less repulsive (besides, I have a motorcycle and a funny hat, what woman can deny a man with a funn.... MOTORCYCLE????!)
About the calories being too low, to be honest with you, they probably are. The problem is I never see results unless i'm eating less than 1700 calories. It's always been that way, I think I have hypothyroidism but I don't have any money to find out. Either way, I don't feel unnecessarily depleted of energy so I will keep going until I stall. Thanks a lot for the support, it helps.
And onto my diet today, I ate like garbage and felt like it too. I really need to go shopping asap.
Day 17
Breakfast
small bowl cereal 260 calories
banana 70 calories
Lunch

Weigh in is tomorrow and I'm nervous that I haven't made my goal but I have no one to blame but myself. I missed 4 nights walking and 3 nights riding my bike. I'm crossing my oversized fingers that I made it though.
