thanks for the advice i can only handle 40 mins at the moment haha i walk out feeling quite sick lol :( But i have been everyday so far im trying to make it a habit. i had trouble getting back on track with my eating since saturday but i have put myself on detox today lol :)
 
Thats why you do 20 mins, then 20 mins weights to recover and then 20 mins cardio again lol.

What detox you doing anyway? I often shovel in pickled onions amoung other things to detox. Plus a few extra strong hot coffees :D
 
lol it's not really a detox it's just when i eat something bad i eat more bad so i am trying to cut out the bad things and bread i just have no self control i think i have it under control to find ohho i havent got it at all. lol :) i'm doing ok though i do alot better when im writing things down i love keeping a food diary.

My friend is maori and she says they go through sooo much bread. They have it with every single meal apparently.
I eat a fair bit, not like she does lol. My weakness is brie, lamb, and a few other things.
I try to avoid buying them, or if i buy them i ONLY buy what i need, never any leftovers to munch on :D
 
no i'm not i just love bread lol :) I hate waste so leftovers are bad in my house i fill the kids plates or my partners as i dont like wasting food i don't mean to cook that much it just happens. :) I'm learning slowly how much everyone will eat and when i get it right someone will always wants 2nds haha
 
Yeah im slowly cutting down the amounts i make of stuff. Less leftovers means less snacking etc.
I also hate to see food going to waste :)
 
i have a cold at the moment and feel like crap :( But atleast i don't feel like stuffing my face all the time :) I have left weight watchers and my friends and i are making our own weigh in group and then we still get to catch up and stay on track. I havent been to the gym in 2 days now and i can feel it my muscles hurt haha
 
Yippee my cold has gone and i feel better i even went to the gym and did weights for the first time today and it felt good. I went with my other half and it was great time together without the kids. I made it to 1 hour lol :)
 
wishes - thats a nice photo of you i had to look twice ive been used to seeing the other one. easter eggs are my downfall today i had to go shopping for the kids and they look soooo good i love cream eggs. Do you think any limit is good lol :) oh well it's almost over and hot cross buns i brought my first pack today argggghhhhh help me !!!!!!!!!!! :):):)

On the other hand, a hot cross bun is only 100 calories (about 2 points) if you want one :)
Ive been sticking to the hot cross buns, the mini creme eggs are the same as a hot cross bun. If you savor it and suck it it feels like you're getting the goodness of the larger ones without the calories - eating slower does actually work! :D

Hehe im not entirely sure i like the new AV, ill see how it goes.
 
OMG thank goodness Easter is over my kids have been told to eat all thier eggs quickly lol Mummy can not control herself lol :) I went and played netball with my daughter yesterday and worked out muscles i didn't know i had. We have been eating lots of salads lately our fav is chicken salad the kids even eat it AMAZING lol :) Happy Easter to all. :)
 
thank you for that its not fair lol :) i went to the fruit and vegie shop today and stocked up on all good foods and yummy grapes for incase i feel like something sweet. i even made it to the gym and only missed friday and yesterday so i'm pretty proud of myself. lol :)
 
Hi again it has been a while since my last entry as i kind of got pregnant and i am now awaiting the arrival of my 3rd child so i can get back on the wagon haha not that ive really fallen off i have still watched what goes in and i havent stuck on too much weight im 22 weeks pregnant and ive only put on 2kgs so im ok with that. I thought if i came back here i could keep focus. It is inspiring to read about others and their sucess.
