SETBACKS!!! This week has been tough. I don't know if it's the weather, diet, sleep, stress, but my joints are hurting, like my back, knees, elbows and ankles. I only worked out one day this week, and it's been really hard. I talked to the pharmacist asking about the best dose/brand of Glucosamine, and he directed me to the best one. I feel a little better, so I plan to get back to normal next week. I have felt more cravings too. It's like my body is rejecting my plan. Maybe my plan is flawed.
I am continuing to eat one or two eggs each morning around 6 (Which is when I take my supplements, multi vitamin, glucosamine, and fish oil pills). A 100 Calorie Greek yogurt about 9, and another yogurt or protein bar around 12. That's about 350 calories. I get off work at 2, and sometimes get a double down on the way home, yea it's high in fat, and lots of protein, but low in carbs, and staves off my appetite until dinner, which usually consists of a protein source such as cheese/meat option, and a green salad, side of cooked veggies, and maybe another yogurt/protein bar before bed. I need to mix it up more, any ideas?
I may not hit my 50 lb goal this month, but at least I am steady. Got new pants for Christmas, and their are 36, and feel loose.
