Went out today, had McDonalds, a medium McChicken meal for lunch.

March 14th

Breakfast: Breakfast: 3 Weetbix, 2% milk, 1 teaspoon sugar
Snack 1: English Muffin
Lunch: Egg, Chips and Beans
Snack 2: Grapes
Dinner: Egg sandwich
Snack: Grapes

Water: 500ml
Exercise: Public Holiday today so no gym decided to do housework instead.

Snack 2: English Muffin, had some chocolate today, a crunchie.
Dinner: Egg on Toast

Well I am back again I've still been working out and sort of eating healthy food. I find it really hard in the winter because I just want to eat nice food and lots of it. I've lost a bit of weight, I'll weigh myself tomorrow and I have still been going to the gym, although not as much as I would like to.

Anyway today I went to the gym and did a 60 min Body Pump class and a 30 minute bike ride.

Well I still haven't weighed myself. I'm hoping that July will go a bit better than the previous couple of months.
 
Today I did a 15 min bike ride to and from the gym.
A 60 min Body Pump class.
15 min on the treadmill (I ran for the first time on the treadmill).

I also joined a 6 week step challenge at the gym. It starts on the 4th July, it costs $5 and you get a score card and a pedometer. Hopefully it will keep me motivated through winter.
 
Unfortunately there is one bad thing about winter, apart from the cold, it's getting sick. I am having a few days rest after getting a sore throat and bad cough. Hopefully I will be back to normal by Monday.
 
Aargh when will winter be over???? I can't wait till it starts getting warmer so I can get back my motivation. Anyway...

Yesterday I went back to the gym after a few weeks.

I rode my bike to the gym,
A 1hr Body Pump Class

I am trying to drink a lot of water but I find it harder to do when it is cold, somedays I will go all day without drinking anything, I know this has to change.

I am still at 80kgs, it seems like my body (or my brain) doesn't want to leave the 80's, maybe it's my safe weight. It seems that every time I get to 80kgs I start eating rubbish again.
 
Ok so winter is officially over in a few days. I have decided to spend the next couple of months trying to lose as much weight as possible. So from 1st Sept to 1st December I will be trying to lose about 10kilos. It would be great to be at about 70kilos for xmas. Hopefully as the weather gets warmer I will want to drink more water and eat more salads and lighter food and of course do more exercise. hopefully I can do it this time.
