Weight loss is nothing new to me, I lost 30 kilos about 6 years ago and after saying the same old thing "I'll never go back to that weight", here I am.
Having said that here's my story.
Last year I hit 91 kilos and totally freaked out, well I joined a gym and started to lose weight, I lost 8 kilos in a few months, I was amazed that i didn't lose more, I was eating less, drinking water, exercising 5 or 6 days a week and that was my weight loss, a lousy 8 kilos.
Then I noticed that my hair was falling out and I was so tired all the time, well I had a blood test and my thyroid was virtually non-existant. I had an underactive thyroid. So now I know that I did work hard for my 8 kilos.
So after being on medication for the past 6 months my last blood test showed that my thyroid was almost normal, I am now at 79 kilos, I am back at the gym and am hoping that I can get to my final goal weight of 60 kilos.
Starting Weight - 80kgs
Current Weight - 79kgs
First Mini Goal - 75kgs
Final Goal Weight - 60kgs
