I tried exercise videos and still do some of the time, but the gym works best for me! LOL If I pay for it I'm more likely to do it!! good luck with the exercise though!:D

I have been thinking about going to the Gym. I have gone back to school (OSU... How about them Cowboys!!!) and could use that gym. But I would have to go early in the morning... but that might work out cuz I am probably going to change my schedule so I don't have such a big load. I have a huge problem with overloading myself, thinking that it will be a wise use of time to cram as much as possible in, and then getting so frazzled I lose track.:eek:
But I gotta admit the thought of working out around a lot of 19-20ish people intimidates the poo out of me... silly huh?

I love exercise videos. I've got a huge collection of them. Mainly pilates, and walking tapes. They work really well for me when I just fon't feel like getting out.

Ok, I have had the low blood sugar feeling but today it hit me hard about 4hrs after lunch... thought I was gonna fall out... went and took a teaspoon of sugar (I'm at work so no food to speak of on hand)... I feel a bit better but still a lil' sick to my stomach but not so shaky and faint. :( Gotta get those snaks!

I am getting ready to go home so I will fix me dinner soon!
 
DDR is great...I bought it for my oldest for Xmas and we love it, it is hard but boy my heart rate just a gets going and I get huffy and puffy and sweat...it is great...I really enjoy it...good luck on your journey, we are a pretty good group around here...

I feel better this morning. It took a long time for the sick feeling to go away. I don't see how people starve theirselves and function. I eat each and every meal and try to make it as balanced as possible. The only thing that I am really strict on is refined sugars and meat. I eat a lot of vegetarian hotdogs and patties. So I do eat. I like the veg. hotdogs cuz I have always liked hotdogs but was grossed out by how they are made.:eek: I gotta concentrate at work today... that is always tough....
 
Glad you started feeling better. I hate it when that happens. And it usually happens to me at work. It's really hard to put a needle where you want it to make an IV when your hands won't quit shaking!

Turtle, props to ya cuz I have enough of a time typing when I get shaky. I have had what I am guessing my blood sugar drop but yesterday took it to a whole another level! Going grocery shopping today for some healthy, fiberful snacks!!

Also I am thinking about gettting a total gym... need to make up my mind.
 
Came home today and my dog had partially eaten my food diary!! And my calculator!!! The little stinker just loves books. Re-wrote the diary but it just won’t be the same. Rough day at work but I didn’t cave in to my comfort foods. I felt like I did bad but it calculated out ok. I need to work on my water intake. I just read that I should be drinking half my weight in ounces i.e. 177/2=88.5oz

Gotta go…
 
Isnt that ridicolous half your body weight *UGH* that for me is a lot of water, LOL...Glad to hear your feeling better...sorry abt your crappy/bad work day...your dog is a stinker sounds like my cats, LOL...see ya soon:):):)
 
Well I learnt my lesson yesterday. I have been on a low fat diet but while out shopping went to eat and ordered a chicken fried steak with fries. Everything was ok for a while but it didn’t take long to go terribly wrong!! Longest drive home ever!! Lordy, I am still a lil sick at my stomach. I know it wasn’t the food cuz my mom ate the same thing. Had oatmeal this morning, no more cheating for a while for me!
 
Thats the way you live and learn, It is however good when you cant eat the things you use too...I have that problem as well, soemthigns make me pretty sick now, it is good though...
 
Well, I only lost 1lb but that puts me at 4.6lb for two weeks. So it averages ok. I know that I ate to much bread this week, I didn’t go over on my calories or fat count. Still early in the game so I am not to bummed. I think I have a cold/flu/virus my nose is so stuffy, I couldn’t sleep last night cuz I kept waking myself up. Went to Wally World before work and stocked up on meds!! So I should feel better or be in a coma soon! Got a office meeting today or I would be tempted to go home. Anyhoo, overall doing ok.
