Hello,
From september 13 to october 13 I have to fast for that amount of time. It consists of waking up at 5 a.m. and having a good meal and then around 7 P.M i will eat again and break my fast. THen I am allowed to eat whatever I want until the next morning and cycle continues.
I dont know If I will be able to Lift during that 1 months, But I would love too. Should I cut during this time so I can lost like 5 lbs?
Also I beleive I would lose all my muscle that i gained?
What should I do?
