Falling asleep after weights?!!!

Hey guys,

I just introduced some weights into my workouts.

Last night I did 30 minutes of HIIT on the stepper then moved on to upper and lower body weights...

I was on the train home and could feel myself dozing of!! :sleeping:I could have fallen asleep then and there but I forced myself to wake up!....

Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this as it has happened to me once before!.... .

I have had the same experience when I began cardio sessions. I was so burnt out, I could not help but fall asleep. I found out that as I get used to the training, I did not get the effect anymore. Hope it's the same for you.
 
Thanks Rockhard..... weird becuase when I do boxing I feel exhausted but energetic and alert at the end of a session... its definitley the weights that are making feel this way but I dont mind I will push through!!!! :)
