Hey guys,
I just introduced some weights into my workouts.
Last night I did 30 minutes of HIIT on the stepper then moved on to upper and lower body weights...
I was on the train home and could feel myself dozing of!!
I could have fallen asleep then and there but I forced myself to wake up!....
Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this as it has happened to me once before!.... .
