Ah yes, why do you think I got as big as I did..LOL pasta, pasta, pasta, bread, wine, cream sauces..lol Plus when you visit family it was an insult if you didn't eat. Especially at grandmas..lol
 
Other than being cold as hell, it was a good day. I wasn't really hungry so I had trouble getting all of my food in. I shoveled it in though.

No weights tonight, but I did an hour of light cardio on the treadmill tonight. It was on about a 5.5 - 6.0 incline at about 3.5mph. Just nice and easy as I watched tv.

No meat tomorrow so it is all eggs and seafood.

Was dragging ass all day yesterday. Not sure if it was the weather or what. I know I slept like a baby after taking my ZMA.

Diet was good. A lot of eggs and tuna. I went and played cards lastnight and was worried about the temptations there. There was taramisu, tons of cookies, chips, beer, hot sausage sandwiches and hamburger gravy with mashed potatoes and rolls. All I ate was a few ounce of cheese from a cheese plate, a salad with a little ranch dressing on it and some almonds. I definately resisted the temptations :D

Workout was 3x12. Workout felt good, felt strong, but a little sore today. Next week is the last week for this program.

I am dropping my cals a little bit more next week. I ate spot on, but did not lose any weight this week and my composition didn't seem to change either. We will see what happens.

Got up this morning, popped my fish oil and aminos and performed 45 mins. of light cardio before breakfast. Will probably perform a little moderate 45-60 min. session this evening.

I will post my eating for today sometime tonight.

Hey there I say BLAME IT ON THE COLD!!I haven't been hungry either
and I think because hot weather isn't here which is grilling out,ice cream
ect lol! Your doing great and WOW how you keep hoofing down the eggs and tuna!:sifone: HAVE A GR8 WEEKEND STAY WARM..:+)
 
Weekend went well diet wise. Stayed pretty much within my calorie guidelines, but probably didn't eat enough. I got busy and just forgot to eat :D I didn't eat any junk though. Even when I went out to dinner.

Did some cardio yesterday, was going to do some cardio today. I ended bypassing the cardio today. I put drywall up lastnight and today was a lot of mudding and sanding and that was a good workout in itself. It was a big room. All in all, it was a good weekend.

Weather sucked, but it was nice and sunny today.

Workout was rough tonight, but great. 3x18 full body antagonistic sets. 2 more workouts for this routine and I am done for a week.

I am heading to the Arnold Classic this weekend in Columbus so that should be fun, not to mention all the free proteins :D

Lowered calories starting today. I didn't feel hungry at all, so far so good. Non workout day tomorrow so they will dropp lower yet on them days, so we will see.

I am always myspacing it and sometimes neglect diaries over here and I am trying to get better about that cuz I do appreciate all the great people
here !!You have helped alot with the "DETAILED" workouts for me specially the weights and ball and how many reps to do that was always my biggest question how mant to do!!Well I am thinking about making 140 my goal cuz I have lots of problem areas still and I can't tell if they will eventually get any better or I am stuck with it do to 4 kids,and carrying around 255 all these years..Anyway HAVE A NICE WEEEKEND!!TAMMY:party:
