Hello all I am new to the forum and I was wondering if this bike is good for my cardio workout ...I also will walk and do HITS ...I am just starting out to lose fat and plain on going slow on everything including diet ...I was also wondering what else do you guys do to fill your day...I don't work I am retired and all I do is sit around the house ...I need things to do and get me in shape to keep me motivated ...I want to loose at least 100lbs ...I am at 315lbs right now...I am also 40 yrs old...Here is some pics of the bike...
