Excited for my weight-loss ctrl-alt-delete! :)

Hello everyone..

It has been an eventful week/month/ year, etc... I went up about a pound and a half. But we had plenty of guests over the house, paying their respect for my mothers father passing away. But that is alright. All is well. It was his time...

So, I know that i intake a lot of calories. But I also realized that I burn way more calories than I previously thought... but the only reason I am not losing tons of weight a week is because I EAT A LOT!!! LOL.

Here is what I am talking about: I don't eat healthy at all. Still eating out because the house is still being worked on. And I eat so much junk food. Chinese take-out, pizza, hamburgers and deserts, all the time! It is a miracle I don't gain 10 lbs every week!

But I don't gain so much because i am very physically active. So much so, by the time I go to sleep my body is exhausted. So I hope this week I can get my diet back on track, and in turn, get the weight-loss going again.

But I am amazed I still visit this website on a regular basis. I guess it is good that it has become a habit. But that isn't much of a weight-loss effort in itself.

Oh well.

As a matter of fact, card in hand, I am headed off to the supermarket to shop healthy and good right now! Fill up the new kitchen, try to get things in order again.
 
Ok, so a .5 lb gain. Statistically negligible.

Although I ate healthier, I didn't lose the massive amounts of weight that I expected to. :(

Oh well, this week for sure.

FYI, its been a tough week too. In a lot of pain, but I should ok soon.

I'll be back in a short while.
 
dont get discouraged. our weight fluxuates about 5 pounds anyway. just get yourself back on track and keep trying. it a very slow process loosing weight. its just up to you now to stop and say no to things you know that will be detrimental to what your trying to accomplish. you must change in order for change to happen

I don't know, i need some time to get my head straight. A lot has been on my mind, and i am too distracted right now to be able to think about weight-loss. Stress mainly, its not the same world it was a few years ago...

I won't give up, but i need a break. i'll be back soon...
