Hello!
First of all I am 17 year old girl. I am happy with my weight and everything. The thing is I have a little flab that I can't really seem to shake off in the normal evil places like triceps, stomach, and thighs. I work out 4 days a week for about an hour and I am a healthy eater (at least I think.) It's a dvd that I follow, the workout is light weights with a lot of reps and I really work up a sweat. I've been doing it for about two months and haven't noticed anything. I am just asking for advice, I don't really know if the workout I am doing is right for me. I definitley don't want to be buff, just want to loose some body fat. What would you suggest?
