No snackage today - excellent! I do have the urge now though....maybe some Malteasers in a bit?
Breakfast: Wasn't up in time
Lunch: Jacket potato with marge & tuna mayonaise (only ate about half - threequarters of this), cucumber, tomatoes, baked beans, beans, carrot gratings, coleslaw.
Snack: Orange
Dinner: Irish stew, mashed potato, a little bit of rice, cucumber, courgettes.
80 cal strawberry yoghurt & a bite of my friends cheesecake
Drinks: 2 cups of white tea
Back to bloody calorific dinners now - argh!! If only I could cook my own in halls (although this is definitely better time wise). Tried to choose one of the healthier options. And the stew had mutton carrot & another veg in it - couldn't tell you what it was though...
But I neeeeeeeed some chocolate (why why why???). I'm just not satisfied until I have something sweet!
Will head down to the shop in a little while and get a low cal small choc. bar instead of a massive Double Decker or something (mmmmm....double decker)
