hey guys, weigh in day is 2day and i'm nervous...i checked my weight yesterday and was 153....arg...almost the same that i was on the 1st--
I need to remember to weigh myself at the same time i did last time with the same conditions.
as for my workout routine--it's day 4 of the training and sad to say it but i need MORE SLEEP! i am so incredibly sore, but today is my day off of running at lunch...for those who just came in here is what i've been doing for 3 days
at lunch i go 2 the gym and run 2.5 miles at an 11 min. mile pace (5.5 mph). this is my intense workout
after work I go 2 yoga and stretch/do my muscle training-it's so much harder after the running, but a great release of my day
after dinner or sometimes directly after yoga I am training with my friend who hasn't done any excersize at all--right now we are doing outside running with intervals of 3 mins run, 2 mins walk times 5. this is the workout i look forward 2 because there is no pressure and we arent consistently running.
as you can see--my body is going through the gontlet of workouts and I am trying to still eat the same amount of food that i was before...
also it is my period week which may mean that i am retaining some water etc...
anyways...off 2 work...i'll try 2 catchup with your diaries today =-)
