**end of the line**

That sounds amazing. i am completely jealous. I would LOVE it if you posted challenges to get me into the running spirit! It has always been a goal of mine to start running. I just have never been fit enough to do it. good luck!
 
Wow that is cool! Have you thought about a costume yet? I think I would be interested in a challenge... I would give it a shot! I need to get me a good pair of shoes, I will get them this week. I have a decent pair but don't really like them.

hey guys, weigh in day is 2day and i'm nervous...i checked my weight yesterday and was 153....arg...almost the same that i was on the 1st--

I need to remember to weigh myself at the same time i did last time with the same conditions.

as for my workout routine--it's day 4 of the training and sad to say it but i need MORE SLEEP! i am so incredibly sore, but today is my day off of running at lunch...for those who just came in here is what i've been doing for 3 days

at lunch i go 2 the gym and run 2.5 miles at an 11 min. mile pace (5.5 mph). this is my intense workout

after work I go 2 yoga and stretch/do my muscle training-it's so much harder after the running, but a great release of my day

after dinner or sometimes directly after yoga I am training with my friend who hasn't done any excersize at all--right now we are doing outside running with intervals of 3 mins run, 2 mins walk times 5. this is the workout i look forward 2 because there is no pressure and we arent consistently running.

as you can see--my body is going through the gontlet of workouts and I am trying to still eat the same amount of food that i was before...

also it is my period week which may mean that i am retaining some water etc...
anyways...off 2 work...i'll try 2 catchup with your diaries today =-)
 
p.s.--the amazing thing about this UBER busy schedule is that i am not even thinking about eating crzy food at night--so it's a big help! i am so mentally/physically exhausted that i'd way rather fall asleep!
 
LOL I know what you mean! I am so tired sometimes, I'm like is it 9pm yet?! But wow you have really been working out. Good for you!!:)
 
You are doing awesome. Maybe i will try busying up my day a bit. You must burn off SO many calories with all that exercise. I think i will copy you. :)
 
Your looking good chicky, I admire, your energy and dedication and such, I woudl try some kinda challenege you put out...
 
What a great job!!! You are kicking booty! I am so proud *snif*;) Because you are working out so much more now do you think that you are gaining muscle? because if so your weight may not move that much right now?? You should try measuring yourself to see what those changes are like because with that much exercise you will be firming up in a major way!! It's awsome!!

hey guys, i'm doin good--just wanted to let you all know that i am gunna b slowly increasing my calories from 1000-1100 to about 1200 even. I think i need it in order to excersize this much and not ruin my metabolism...

wat'dya think?
 
i think your 1000-1100 calories is dangerous. or WAY too low. For all the exercise youre doing..you should have about 1400. But whatever works for you.. just dont starve yourself.
 
I agree - 1000-1100 is too low! 1200 is a start, best to increase it slowly. Keep up the great work F!!:D:D
 
Good morning Fsai! I think that is a good plan! Calories have to stay up so that you can still burn and don't go into starvation and with all you do you should be allowed to have some more!! Happy Friday!
